I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Restoration Hotel in Asheville. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The valet team set the tone immediately with their friendliness & genuine willingness to help in any way. The overall vibe of the hotel is cool, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is also one of the best in Asheville, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it.

Great hotel, friendly staff, tried to have dinner in the main and empty restaurant for dinner and was told they didn’t have proper staffing and couldn’t be seated; ate pub meal instead in basement with children in bar past cut-off time. Otherwise, great stay, loved the breakfast basket each day, room was lovely. I’ll be back!

Staff was great. Hotels is beautiful. The basement bar was awesome and served food. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that is recommended to use. Loved the little basket of food left at my door for breakfast.

The service was fantastic, they werr extremely helpful with us traveling over the holiday. Also it had everything we needed (onsite restaurant and coffee shop), again since we traveled over Christmas. The Draftsman was a great place to end the night. The hotel was gorgeous, with beautiful decor. The room itself was very nice with beautiful decor, and very comfortable. All made for an incredible stay.

This is such a lovely hotel and very well located. They deliver breakfast to your front door in a little picnic basket and there’s a bar in the basement with a bowling alley! I would definitely stay here again.
