First of all, the lady at the front desk was really nice and offers bottles of water and that was great. The room was so spacious with a full kitchen, so clean. We really liked this hotel.

The front desk representative, Erica, was so darn nice. Like a longtime friend. We really enjoyed our room. Nice and clean and neat. Modern looking. The breakfast was really good. Lots of tasty stuff to choose from and good coffee. Would definitely recommend.

The bed was VERY comfortable and there was no noise from highway or neighbors. There was plenty of room in our suite and it was Very clean and tidy; Cleaner than an air*nb we stayed at recently. The stay was enjoyable and it was too bad it was for only one night. Lol. An oddity though was they watered the fake flowers pots in front. Thought it funny. We would stay there again!

From an easy check in, to the friendly staff - the TownePlace Suites were a great hotel to stay at in West Asheville. We landed late at night and it was only a 16 minute drive from the Asheville airport. Super close to all the major locations in Asheville for tourism. The beds were comfy and everything was spot on. Would recommend and stay here again.
