Welcome to Conegarth Place on the quiet Barley Rise estate in Ashington.
We hope you enjoy your stay in this lovely 2-bedroom property.
Well thought out and beautifully decorated and furnished to provide you with a real home away from home.
The property has an allocated parking bay with plenty of visitor parking available.
There is an enclosed garden to the rear.
On the ground floor there is a WC, comfortable lounge with smart tv and Wi-Fi, kitchen/diner with
seating for 4.
The kitchen is well equipped including gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster,microwave, air fryer and coffee machine.
There is a washing machine, clothes airier, ironing board and iron.
The property has 2 spacious double bedrooms both with wardrobe space and a hair dryer is
available.
The bathroom is on the first floor with a large walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit and basin.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included for each guest.
A travel cot, baby bouncer, highchair and travel cot are available.
Dogs are welcome and bedding and towel are provided if required.
Weâve endeavoured to think of everything you might need to enjoy your stay.
Check out is 11am and check in is from 3pm.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

café full of freshly baked cakes and lunches or drinks can be served to takeaway.
Itâs ideal for children with a large outdoor play area or for dog walks (doggie ice cream is on sale).
Ashington is 7.3 miles from the town of Morpeth with an excellent choice of both small shops and
