Located on the first floor, the Il Monte holiday apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with 2 bathrooms, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom, a feature much appreciated by guests.

The internal space of the apartment is large and bright and is suitable for couples and families who wish to visit Assisi and Umbria, enjoy the relaxation of the surrounding environment between meadows and woods, practice sporting activities such as excursions, trekking, Nordic walking, flying by hang glider and hot air balloon.

The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a dining area with table and chairs, a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, microwave and fridge, sink, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two adults, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet adjacent to the living room and the very large and bright double bedroom with 2 large French windows, a huge bed measuring 2 meters by 2 meters and a single bed available. The room has a second bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and a beautiful window.
