Its strategic location in a residential area next to Sierra Elvira allows us to be in Granada in 15 min, in 50 min on the beach and in 45 min in the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
It is located on a 400 m2 plot, arranged on three floors with a garden and pool with unique views.
It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor we find three bedrooms, one of them en suite and two bathrooms, on the top floor we find a spacious studio with capacity for 3 people and a terrace with magnificent views.
It has a garage and aerothermal heating through underfloor heating, to enjoy high comfort both in winter and summer.

Villa magnifique
Les hôtes sont super sympa et très présents en cas de questions. L'accueil était très chaleureux.
La villa est magnifique, propre et très bien équipée. Elle est encore plus belle en vraiOn s'y sent comme à la maison.
La villa est bien située, dans un quartier calme mais sécurisé, non loin de Alhambra et d'un grand centre commercial.
Un très grand merci pour les présents. On reviendra sans hésiter!
