The toilet leaked every time we ran the shower, and the shower tracks were broken. It could have been so nice... just poorly maintained. I had much higher expectations. Also every cab driver told us that is was an awful area of Athen. Just being honest

Upon checking in…Room had a strong B.O odor. Eventually went after they cleaned it again. They have a Nespresso Coffee machine in the room, however no Nespresso capsules or milk. Very limited cooking pans, no kitchen utensils, just regular knife and forks. Room was not serviced for a 2 night stay. Balcony is very tiny and you can hear other residents talking. I think they learnt to whisper in a helicopter!! All in all, very average apt hotel, lobby is clean and tidy. Room was ok, apart from the really bad BO smell when checked in.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to advertised check in time and was told room wasn’t ready which is fine. Waited 20 minutes and room still wasn’t ready. Eventually was allowed in 20 minutes past advertised check in time. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned particularly well, toilet and shower had long dark hairs all over it. Went to rinse away the hairs in the shower to find a split in the shower head spraying water everywhere. Room is also a little bit tired, there was rips on the bedding, sofa in the room had a few stains on it and the dining table chairs were well used. Went out for the day and left the room on do not disturb as I didn’t need anything. Came home to find cleaners had been in, made the bed, taken a towel and not replaced and taken the shower mat and not replaced. I had an Acropolis view room, what the pictures do not show is that these rooms also face the very noisy busy road outside. Just to note you are also around an hour walk from the acropolis. There is a kettle and mugs in the room but no teas or coffees provided which would’ve been nice. Overall the hotel is okay, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was kind and available around the clock. Room was big and clean. Did NOT see any bugs!! Washer and kitchenette was a nice touch. Close to public transportation. I would stay here again.

Apartments are reasonably well equipped, however not in brilliant condition (i.e. cracked showerhead). Staff are not that friendly. Did not feel that safe as the locks to the room are just a PIN combination, and there is no way to further physically lock the door from inside. Location is good though, 20 minutes from a metro and by a nice park.

Nice place and very clean and well maintained. Roof top pool was awesome with the view of the acropolis. Not a great part of town and a bit of a journey to get to the downtown or the metro but lots of good dining in walking distance

The hotel is very clean and organized. The bedroom was cozy and spacious. Very quiet at nigh so one can definitely rest. I was very grateful they let us check in earlier because we were tired and needed a room to rest.

Gem of a find

Perfectly located in Athens, lovely and safe area with easy access to all main attractions in the centre via metro which is just a short walk. Apartment was lovely and included a washing machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Incredibly good value. Highly recommend.

Great value for money/pet friendly

The rooms are very spacious and the apartments are pet friendly so we could spend a few days with our doggie who was very welcome. Overall its a great value for money my only observation would be that it can be quite noisy at night as you hear the cars as well as people who sit in ththe balconies nearby. Overall i would stay again for sure

Great place.

I’ve stayed here before and all has been well! Great location but a little out of town. Only issue is that the drains aren’t great. If I ran the shower it would come up in the bathroom floor and flood the bathroom. I spoke to someone about it and they said it was because others flushed their toilet roll down the toilet. It’s a shame people can’t follow guidelines so unfortunately my bathroom flooded (like a paddling pool) daily. Other than that it was great.

The rooms were really nice but the place is severely understaffed. They only have one person working in the entire place every day. Whenever we had a question or needed something, we had to go down to the lobby because they were so swamped with a line of people checking in, the phone ringing nonstop, and even police showing up. We felt so bad for them, we couldn't even be frustrated. Another thing was the shower head was cracked open and spraying everywhere and they never took care of it like they said they would. The location was about 15 minutes from the acropolis and town, not bad. Overall, I would probably try another place if I return to Athens.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out—they were consistently helpful, warm, and very accommodating to our schedule, which made everything feel effortless. Their professionalism really added to the experience. The room itself exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need and more (especially when traveling with a young child). Having a balcony was such a nice touch—it gave us extra space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen with the basic essentials was also a huge plus, giving us the flexibility to enjoy meals at a table. The hotel offers breakfast as well which was a huge plus in starting our days. Transportation-wise, I’d recommend either renting a car or relying on taxis for convenience, as it’s the best way to get to and from the hotel with ease. Overall, the seamlessness and comfort of our stay made this trip incredibly enjoyable. The combination of attentive service, well-appointed rooms, and thoughtful amenities makes this hotel a standout choice. We would definitely return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
