This is an older property but maintained well. I could see some wear but it was very clean and the staff was very nice.

It was a very basic Comfort Inn. Not horrible, but nothing special. I thought it was close to UGA, but it was about 15 minutes away. It’s fine as a last resort.

I booked this place less than 24 hours before my trip. When looking at the picture I definitely thought this would be a good place to stay for a night. In the picture the hotel looks practically new . When arrriving to my room hair was everywhere , there were spots on the linen . Just a poorly kept room. Toliet rocking dirty walls. Just NO!

I’m usually not that person who says I’ll never stay in a hotel ever again. Regrettably my room was next to a guest who seem to have been intoxicated and angry. As a result, I was awoken at 2:30 AM by a loud angry phone call. I struggled to go back to sleep when I finally did at 3:30 am, another loud, angry phone call started. I contacted the front desk on both occasions and they understandably were reluctant to escalate. Upon check out, my grievance was heard, but no action was taken. I paid for a room where I could rest and that was not afforded to me. Not sure I can go back.

Crooks and Scam Artist.

First, I'm very disappointed with Hotels.com and Comfort Inn and Suites. I requested a date and location change well before 24 hours due to inclemate weather and was denied both. I was also charged once I clicked the book room button even though the site clearly read that I would not be charged until I check in, so basically they stole my money. I made the booking roughly 72 hours before my original check in date. Needless to say, I will no longer use either of these companies to do business with ever again. They should not be allowed to be in business because of this scam they're running.

Lack of face towels

This was my second visit and just like the first visit. There was not enough face towels in the room. This may come as a surprise, but a lot of people do not use the same face cloth to wash their body as they as they do wash their face.
