The property has a mold and mildew issue on the 15th floor. My room smells damp and the floor was wet from something clearly leaking. My feet got wet when I first came in flip flops day one. I have sensitive skin so now I’ve been breaking out in an itchy rash. Where I scratched is irritated now on my hand and foot. I don’t understand why a plumber is not working to fix this issue considering that the 15th floor smells like sour water clothes. It’s disgusting that I paid for mildew in the bathroom and mold and mildew in the hallway so my room which is close to their blower they have in the hall, smells.

I will have my Housekeeping team to shampoo the carpet and deep clean our elevators and lobby, so this doesn't disturb future guest's. I will also speak with my team about the response you were given when you made us aware of the situation. They are empowered to make decisions on their own when handling guest requests.
