I wish I knew before I booked that they did not have House keeping service tor the room This should have been explained at check-in that they don't clean room except every 3 days and if you need extra towels you have to get them from the desk Disappointed and checked out early

Our room smelled like mold. When I mentioned it to the desk she just shrugged her shoulders and gave me the sheets for the pull out couch. When we opened the couch the mattress had mold on it. The floor in the bedroom was soft. The door propped opeded when we arruved should uld have been a red flag.

Toilet didn’t work, lights were out all over the place. Carpet needs replacing. Breakfast was lacking. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not for the money. Homeless sleeping around property. Positives: bed was fine and the towels weren’t soft.

Rooms were not very clean, still had other people's trash in the corners. You have to go to the desk to get sheets, blanket and pillows for the sofa bed, and enough towels for more than 1 person. Pool was closed with no prior notice. Elevator was on it's last leg. Wouldn't recommend for the price.

Lack of professionalism from the night auditor Janet was unreal. The HVAC system in room 415 only generated cold air no heat (didn’t complain). Spent most of the day out returned that night went to sleep only to be awakened at 4am;rattling fridge. Went to the desk no help offered. No maintenance on staff after 3pm ck in and no Mgr on duty either after 3pm. Good luck this is a 2star property at best. Save your money and sleep in your car.
