The location was excellent so close to the Acropolis/museum and the centre always add entertainment of the locals. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Such a lovely little place to stay.

Location is great Room is very very small Bed frame and mattress in room 103 was horrible Stairs are dangerous to climb or come down. Our housekeeping was poor. Used coffee glasses were not changed regularly. We will go back to Greece but will avoid this so called boutique house

We had the absolute best time. The location could not have been better. Check in was easy. The most special part was Angela. She greeted us every morning for breakfast on the rooftop with a smile and delicious food. She is a special edition to a fantastic boutique house. Thanks for a great experience!

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kyria Boutique House in March. Our apartment was spacious and lovely, and the breakfast on the terrace (with the Acropolis in full view) was terrific. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The location cannot be beat. We look forward to returning!

This boutique hotel is located in a prime area, but it is not prepared for winter and guests with mobility issues. I moved in at the end of February for 3 days, when the weather is still cold. They have a rooftop for breakfast but no gas heater. I can have the breakfast in my room but the small table is broken. Additionally, they use a spiral staircase to access the roof. If you have trouble walking, you're in trouble. On the other hand, the staff is good.

Illuminated Acropolis from Hotel Roof Top

Location is amazingly close to the Acropolis! Night views of the illuminated Acropolis from the Hotel roof top was very romantic and peaceful. There were even street musicians playing enchanting music on the well lit streets below. The staff provided breakfast on the roof top in the morning which was enjoyable and tasty with many selections available. Staff works above and beyond to give guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

At the very entrance of the Acropolis complex, the location is hard to improve. The facilities are very good and clean, felt like home. Angela was very nice and helpful during the breakfasts.

Fabulous location. Literally steps from the south entrance to the Acropolis south entrance. Rooftop breakfast with beautiful view of Acropolis and Pantheon. Very European hotel. The baking was lovely

Amazing location, but bathroom need some repairs

Amazing location, great views at breakfast. room was generally nice. Bathroom was not in the best condition. Valves on shower were loose, toilet inlet was broken so water was continuous refilling. There was a coffee machine in the room, but only two coffee pods where given for 3 night stay. Never topped up Also we booked through hotel.com and were supposed to get a free bottle of wine which was never provided, which was disappointing

The bed was very low (high as a backpack) and no springs support. The 2 chair was dirty, we paid for a vip package but did not get any (upgraded room, welcome drinks and wine) at all.
