Location was the best! Room was too small. No elevator and stairs were very narrow. The stairs up to roof top for breakfast was even narrower. We won’t stay here again.

Angela was a friendly and kind breakfast hostess. Very welcoming and provided a nice selection of breakfast foods. While the room was small and stairs, the location was outstanding. We were able to walk to various attractions and restaurants.

Gorgeous place with great views. This is in one of the most walkable areas of the city, near everything! The breakfast was delicious and the room was so lovely, 10/10 recommend!

No one on premises, no code via text, no elevator

It was well situated, very near the Acropolis, but there was no elevator, steps were narrow and old. We arrived with no code to get in and were on the street with our bags asking nearby shopkeepers if they had a phone contact for the owner.It took a while, but we got in. A/C worked well but bed had a well in it (probably ok for one person) and blankets were non existent. They only had a decorative open lace covering on the bed and sheets It which was made for a chilly night. We were out by 6am so we didn't sample breakfast. Located in the midst of things which is great, but its very noisy on the street at night. Apparently they sent a code by email at some point, but we couldn't access the email bc we needed to get into the room to access wifi. Cleaning/serving folks arrived in hall at 5am and were noisy which robbed us of the little sleep we got.

The woman who runs the house is very sweet, kind, and accommodating. She really just wants to help make your stay as good as possible. There’s another woman who is in charge of reception for select hours each day. She is also very kind and accommodating. There is no full time front desk staff so as long as you’re comfortable with that you won’t have any hiccups. It’s kind of like an Airbnb but with the host available to speak to in person daily during select hours. If you want a front desk staff in person to be able to talk to at all times then this is not the right place for you. Be aware there are two entrances so I would advise asking the front desk staff about this upon your booking. This will especially help you if you have a late check-in as they can inform you which outside door is your entrance. If you want to be at the heart of everything with easy access to shops/landmarks on foot and don’t mind the sound of bustling streets this place hits the mark. If you’re looking for something with more privacy and quietness both inside and outside of your accommodation this may not be what you’re looking for as it’s easy to hear conversations from both sides of the walls and outside noise is quite loud. (Not for light sleepers) It’s minutes away from the entrance to the Acropolis and easy walking distance to most meeting points for surrounding tours. If you want that kind of convenience this might be the place for you.

The location is superb. The air conditioning operates with high efficacy. The breakfast area is outstanding, providing a delightful view. Angela exhibits exceptional courtesy and accommodating behavior, consistently maintaining a positive demeanor despite evident fatigue. This is the perfect stay if you’re looking for a nice, convenient stay near the Acropolis and surrounding restaurants/shops. Everything we needed/wanted was within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful!
