Only bad thing i had to say was im disable and had a long walk from my car to my room. My room was in front of the pool and i had to walk around to the back where no parking is. Other then that it was all great.

The property manager is racist and completely disrespectful to woman. He has no empathy or customer service abilities. He runs a shady business and I would rather sleep on a lawn than stay in this hotel. It was literally false advertising. It was nothing short but a truck stop for truckers to have a place to lay their heads and a party low class environment. The rooms were filthy and smelled. My nightstand had cigarette butts and broken glass even the Bible’s pages were turn. The pictures were not a true representative of what the room and environment is.

Property was nice. Pool area was great. I did not like that this hotel had residents that lived there for months.. With our ball team reserving many rooms there at this same time, we felt like we all shouldve been placed in a different building or area then the other guests that lived there. It felt uncomfortable and you could tell they considered the pool and all areas primarily there own and any time we were around it was a problem. Breakfast food was always out way prior to end of breakfast, needed to be stocked. Ice machine was never available for us to use. Lobby machine was broke and the other farther location never had 1 cube for us for our room. Again this couldve been due to workers using it for their coolers.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not what you expected. Our town and surrounding areas are currently undergoing expansions, therefore there are quite a bit of out of town construction and work crews in the area. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused your group.

Too early for the pool but the picnic tables and grills were a pleasant surprise. Nice to have a place where the kids could run and play. Also allowed a dog. A nice room for a reasonable price. I would recommend it.
