Spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo close to Memorial Park, Five-points, & UGA in Athens

Enjoy your stay in Athens at this Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, on quiet cul de sac, within walking distance to Memorial Park and a little longer walk to Five-points in Athens. 2.5 miles to the UGA stadium. 2.1 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 2.1 miles to the new UGA Track & Field Complex, the UGA Jack Turner Softball and Soccer Complex, and 2.3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.
The condo can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, seating area, a desk, and a private bath with a walk in shower, travertine style tile, and commode with bidet. Bedroom 2 features a semi-firm yet very comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 3 is flexible; it can sleep 3 persons via a double (full) Murphy bed and an additional twin Murphy bed or can be set up as an office space (with a desk pulled out of the closet and only one of the two Murphy beds in use).
The living room area features a 58" Samsung TV with Roku, a sectional sofa that comfortably seats 5, a rocking chair, and additional cozy chair to comfortably seat up to 7 persons for the big game and or movie night.
The dining area features a table that will comfortably seat up to 8 persons.
The condo also features a fully equipped galley kitchen with glass topped stove, oven, space-maker microwave, blender, toaster oven, air fryer, drip coffee maker, a K-cup coffee machine, dishwasher, a stack washer and dryer, and a refrigerator with icemaker and ice & water dispensers.
The hall bath features travertine style tile, a tub shower combo, and commode with bidet,
An iron and ironing board is found in the master bathroom linen closet.

Rented for a few days while looking at UGA. Perfect location, 10 minutes or less from campus. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable beds and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Athens.

This is a great location in Athens - right in Five Points, and next to Memorial Park. The condo is gorgeous - extremely comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful furnishings, and a very responsive host. We were even left a basket of snacks on the dining room table! My family’s visit to this place was great! It was a cold weekend and the heat was on and warm!

Keith was very great to communicate with before and during our stay. His condo was very clean and was exactly as stated in VRBO. It was a very cold weekend and he had the heat running and ready for visitors. We would definitely stay again.

quiet and convenient location

This spacious condo was conveniently located near many restaurants. It was well stocked with anything we could ever need including bonus snacks which was a special unexpected treat. Our host Keith was very accommodating and very gracious. We will definately be back !

UGA Parents Weekend

Fantastic property and location! We stayed over the weekend for our daughter’s “parent’s weekend” at UGA, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Plenty of room for us, her grandparents and her little sisters, and plenty of parking (always a nice perk in Athens!). Very thoughtfully appointed and Keith was great to work with as a host. We’ll be back next year!

Great weekend getaway

We had 7 adults stay with this home owner over the weekend for a family gathering. The location is close to downtown. The owner called the afternoon of check-in with a maintenance concern and offered us another location which worked out perfectly. Communication was excellent for the entire process. Condo was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this condo and home owner

This condo is well-equipped, immaculate, and comfortable. The location is great--close to the university, the park, shopping, and downtown. Keith was wonderful! He was very responsive and helpful without being intrusive. Keith was very helpful with allowing an early check in and was willing to allow a late check out. Check in and check out were easy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location for UGA games. Close to downtown and stadium. Quick Uber/car ride. Owner was quick to respond. Left an Apple Watch and he shipped it right back.

We had a great time at this property! It was my first time using VRBO, and I honestly thought this one might be a little too good to be true, but everything matches up exactly to the website. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience. The apartment is very nice, comfortable beds, very clean. And the location was great! I would definitely stay here again!
