The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a touch-activated faucet, making everyday cooking feel easy whether you’re preparing dinner after a game or reheating leftovers from nearby restaurants. A walk-in, frameless glass shower adds comfort in the bathroom, while the in-unit washer and dryer provide rare convenience in a high-rise setting. A 50-inch TV with standard cable, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support remote work, quiet evenings, or both.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom centers around a king mattress designed for restful nights after busy days around Downtown. For additional guests, the condo can be adapted with a folding twin, a queen air mattress, or the deep sofa, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably without the space feeling crowded.

Kitchen and dining

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch.

Great location for what we were doing. Great sized kitchen with a large double door fridge. Very comfortable big bed. Leaving was difficult because the building only has one bank of elevators.
