I had a two night stay in Alpharetta. The hotel appears clean. It is a little bit of an older building, which you can see in corners/building cracks and the elevator is old. Air Conditioning works poorly - which affected my comfort to sleep well. Staff did listen to my concerns.

Overall it was good. It was hard to figure out how to operate the gate at the pool after it closed shut on us when we went in. The breakfast was less than adequate. I went at 8:30 & everything was pretty much gone. I drained the coffee to get 3/4 cup & there was no one around to ask for assistance.

The property was nice and we'll maintained. The staff was friendly. There were issues with children running up and down the halls at all hours of the night; not very peaceful. Did not find out until check in that hotel required a $175 deposit in addition to room charge. Had we known that there was such a steep deposit, would have never booked. This needs to be clearly stated somewhere so that people are aware prior to booking.

Nice room, need a different TV.

Nice clean room that looked nicely updated. TV would not lower the volume. I couldn't do it on the tv and the remote would change channels, but would not lower the volume. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beds very uncomfortable and key code was broke to enter outside door. I have Neurosarcoidosis and peripheral neuropathy I had to walk to front door a lot and that was very painful and I am not happy about that at all .
