New or maintained like new, exceptionally clean. Staff and owner were very friendly and concerned that our stay went well. Only issue was a county road maintenance issue. We had to cross a broken out median to access the property. Gas and food were available within walking distance. Area was pretty quiet and we had a good sleep.

I have not stayed in a Motel 6 in 20 years. This property was outstanding. Great friendly service and clean rooms. The beds were very comfy!
