This is a cute little motel. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and great price. I would recommend to anyone traveling through to stay here. Staff very friendly.

Very bare-bones experience. So what— I was sleeping almost the whole time. The hailstorm damage from some time ago makes the room doors look like heck, but don’t let that deter you. They are going to address the finish on the doors, as well as do a general renovation, soon. This was a very fine experience. I like that my car was parked directly in front of my room, à la nineteen sixties. The property is located in a beehive of truck stops, gas stations, and fast food places. The town, to the north, is rather small. Owner and staff are very friendly. Owner is a local farmer, or farmer’s wife. There was a freezer where I re-froze my packets of artificial ice. Great place to stop and sleep after hours of driving through Nebraska and Iowa.

No frills motor hotel. It was convenient as a stopping place along our route. It was better than another property we visited on our trip in a larger city. Morning coffee was offered, but was below average.

Obviously older motel, but nicely maintained. Staff super friendly on check in. Budget friendly alternative to more expensive chain hotels. Great for a one night stop on the road.

Small hotel in a small town by a truck stop. Didn’t look like much from outside and older inside but very clean and comfortable beds. They put us in a handicap room so lots of space. Check in easy and friendly staff. Great value for the money, and would stay again.

Very clean and conveniently arranged rooms; easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Doors on rooms have paint peeling and flaking, needs attention. Friendly, helpful staff. No instructions in rooms for use of Roku TV. Everything seemed to be on subscription. Budget friendly and good value.

Clean and Comfortable

This is truly a no-frills motel but it was clean, comfortable, with super friendly staff. The room had a fridge with a separate top freezer, which we really appreciated as we always travel with a cooler of snacks and beverages. It’s conveniently located right off the interstate. Easy parking. We’d stay again should the opportunity arise.

We toured this small town of 1600 people. Lot of history here. It is an old facility but very clean. Ben kinda runs things around here and is a hard working great guy. Miss Rodger’s was very sweet and pleasant.
