It's Clean! This always comes first. Second, it was close to where I needed to go and not in a sketchy neighborhood. I have stayed at this location twice and both times were great.

A very clean and safe place to stay. My only complaint was the parking lot exit/entrance which could only be accessed by or granted access in one direction, requiring me to make u-turns each day no matter which direction I went or returned from, but this isn’t something the hotel has control over, just a note about the general accessibility of the area. The hotel was perfect for my needs. Stayed four nights to attend training at Auburn University and the hotel was comfortable and the provided amenities worked great. No issues checking in or out.

The first room we were assigned to had hair all over the bathroom floor. The second room also had hair on the bathroom floor, on the toilet paper roll, and in the towels. The shower and the floor had mold/moldew, needs a good bleaching. I will not be staying at the avid in Auburn again.
