Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

This apartment is so close to everything! Easy walk to stadium, etc. The only downside is the noise of the bars. The listing warns about this and it is very loud at night. There were noise machines in both bedrooms which was helpful. But you cannot totally drown out the noise of Skybar and Southeastern. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 night stay!

Perfect location!!!

Enjoyed this place very much! It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to be for the graduation weekend, so the car didn’t move at all. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Great location!

Easy walk to Magnolia St and Toomer’s Corner! We stayed while attending Camp War Eagle with our son so we didn’t spend much time in the unit. The location makes up for a few of the shortcomings which were minor- bathroom door wouldn’t latch or stay shut and there were a few flights of stairs to get to the unit which might be a challenge for anyone with a lot of luggage. Overall it was a good condo and had the space we needed.

Auburn Orientation Stay

Perfect location; can't beat it. Literally, 100 yards from Samford Hall. Even closer to Toomer's Corner. Definitely a college student area - not a peaceful, quiet area. Fun and lively!Unit is third floor walk-up access; key-code door. Parking is perfect and easy. Decent kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Nothing over the top but very comfortable. There were just two of us and we had tons of room. Could be good for up to four people.Not necessarily fully equipped. We bought a few things for the unit at nearby Target. Guest before us left ground coffee so we were happy to pay it forward. A solid 9 on 10 stay; would definitely book again.

Great location, but loud

This was a great property, with a great location in relation to Auburn University. The campus is across the street. The property is over a bar, so the music pounds until 2am nightly. After that you can hear a pin drop. So if you have trouble sleeping with music pounding. Don’t book this. I fall asleep nightly with AirPods and an audio book, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Very tired person.

The accommodation where great but I would not recommend this property if your wanting to get some rest!!!!! There is a bar/ night club on either side of this property and the music was so loud that it shook the building from the bass at the clubs. It finally stopped about 2:30 in the morning. It was no fun when your wanting to sleep.So if your young and like to party and don’t want to have to drive when you get ready to leave this place would be great,

Great location for football weeken!

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciate the warning about the bar noise. haha...Would stay here again for football weekends, as so convenient to everything. The unit was clean, and the beds super comfortable! The noise machines definitely helped with the bar noise. Another chair in the den would be great! The host was quick to reply, and access to the unit was easy.

The location is good and convenient to Auburn University. The air conditioning system did not work well. By the afternoon the temperature climbed to approximately 79 degrees. While it cooled at night, it heated up the next day again. It was not comfortable.

As stated before the condo could be updated. It was clean but old and very dated. The staircase outside was dangerous with rusty loose metal. It was all about the convenience. It was fine for our adult family but we would not recommend it for families with smaller children or older adults since the stairs and railing were rusted and dangerous.

Auburn Apt. in the midst of Nightlife!

Apt. was clean but old- including a broken down trash compactor (remember those?!) in the kitchen, which really should be removed. Only 3 place settings of silverware in the kitchen, so after a meal or snack we had to keep washing them by hand. We were there 6 nights and first 3 nights were OK, but after that it became VERY loud. Don’t rent this apt. if you want a solid nights’sleep, as it’s nestled smack between 2 nightclubs. To be fair, we did know that as it was written up in a past review.

The location of this apartment would make us stay again!! The apartment could use a few cosmetic updates, but over all it was good. The apartment is located between two bars, and you will hear the music at night. This was not a big deal for us, and we were able to sleep with no problems. We loved being so close to campus and downtown!!!

My spouse stayed in this property during our student's college orientation. It was in a great area. Close to campus and loads of nearby food options. In the evenings, there is nightlife noise (as disclosed by the host), but the host does provide sound machines and I found my air pods worked just fine to block the outside noise.

Visited our son at campus. Great location for walking to bars/restaurants & shops. Bar plays very loud music very late; sound machine in room helps. Kitchen is tiny & needs updated cabinets/appliances. Condo was clean & nice for weekend visit.
