3-star T3 apartment, 60 m², on a raised ground floor (6 steps) of a small residence, just 300 meters from Trescadec beach. Enjoy a range of water sports including surfing, windsurfing, catamaran, paddleboarding, and canoe-kayak. The local water sports center is nearby. Saint-Julien beach is 600 meters away, restaurants are 500 and 600 meters away, and a seafood market is 200 meters away. The ferry to Île de Sein is 2 km away, and the town center with its port, shops, and a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings is 1 km away. The location is ideal and a car is not always necessary.



A shared storage room is available for bikes and windsurf boards. One small pet is allowed with its own bedding.



The T3 apartment has been fully renovated, with new equipment and double glazing. It is bright, modern, and offers 60 m² of space.



Seasonal rental for 4 guests.



There are two bedrooms (about 10 m² each) with wardrobes: one with a 140 x 190 cm bed, the other with two 90 x 190 cm single beds. A travel cot, duvets, blankets, pillows, and bed linen are provided.
