Checked in quickly with no delays and assigned a room on the 4th (5th floor by USA standards). Room was neat and clean. My room was in the middle of the floor and quiet with a view of the HBhf. Bathroom was fairly clean with traces of mold in the shower stall and the shower door leaked if you did not keep the shower water off the shower door. Bathroom amenities had a multi-use liquid shampoo for hair and body. Prefer this hotel vice other budget/value hotels in Augsburg because the rooms have fans and the shower stalls are larger than most. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Room was okey for our one night stay. Check in was at 3 PM and ay first they said they weren’t allowed to take pur luggages and told us we could rent the storage boxes in the lobby, but our suitcases were bigger, so in the end, the receptionist took them to their back office. Same thing happened during check out. They reluctantly took them when I told them their colleauge took them the day before. It’s sad that a good hotel not taking responsibility and trying to make money even on luggages. The location was at the main train station which was another good thing about the hotel.
