This stone country house combines the warmth of a true family home with the charm of the Tuscan countryside. With a multilingual library, a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning stove, a dining room with a fireplace, and a spacious kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home. Upstairs, the tastefully decorated bedrooms welcome you for a restful night’s sleep.
The real gem is the outdoor area: a veranda equipped with a large table for 14–15 people, a wood-fired oven, and atmospheric lighting for unforgettable dinners. A separate table is reserved for the little ones, who can play freely.
The front garden opens up to a spectacular view of the Apuan Alps, while on the east side, the orchard features a slide and swings. On the west side, the pool awaits you with a large garden and a rose gazebo. The property spans 4 hectares down to the river, perfect for nature walks.
Aulla is just 10 minutes away and offers all necessary amenities. The location in Lunigiana allows you to explore medieval villages, hiking trails, and the wonders of the Apuan Alps. The Aulella River and a small nearby stream complete this corner of paradise.
