LAKE IS FULL!!!!! as of July 2025, WOO HOO!!!
Our home has been completely remodeled this winter 2023, interior is brand new. Rare lakefront property with large entertaining home on deep water cove with huge 2000sqft dock. Home on approx. 2 acres with over 6000 square feet of living area + 3000sq ft of decks overlooking on one of the prettiest coves on Lake Travis. Wonderful views of Lake Travis and the western sunsets. 7 bedrooms (huge Master overlooking lake), 4 full baths and a huge game/media room. Covered boat dock for all the fun you can imagine. Manicured lawn, outdoor fire pit and sitting area in yard. Fishing heaven right from our dock for you fisherman with Xmas trees from years past sunk down below in 50 feet of water below dock. Huge game room with sectional couch/55"TV to watch the games, ping pong table, foosball table and card table. Great for families with large gatherings. Perfect escape for family gatherings. Easily sleeps 14 adults in beds + 3 bunk beds= 6 beds) and two additional day beds in common area to accommodate 14 adults and 6 or 8 kids. (note, we do not allow more that 14 adults as we only have 7 bedrooms and we are not a party house trying to stack a bunch of grown folks on couches, etc)

**THIS IS NOT A WILD PARTY HOUSE*** We have a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and legally enforced lake quiet time is 11pm***and are not close to austin and uber doesn't exist by us.**

Amazing home for family, family fun. this is NOT a get wild/loud, disturb neighbors, pile trash everywhere, etc home. We have an amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood, we do not host wild/loud guests. So please, if your goal is a wild and crazy party weekend, this is not the right home for you. If you try to ignore this and "sneak in" a reservation, you will be asked to leave on the first night with zero refund. I promise you will not get around this. It's a multi million dollar home in a multi million dollar neighborhood....Loud, annoying behavior is not tolerated nor accepted, no exceptions.

TV's in all the rooms with Roku (for netflix, amazon, etc)

Things to Know about our property:
I will send you a very detailed email with pictures, etc of the kitchen, dock, pantry, spice cabinet, etc + local information for shopping & recommendations. The house is brand new interior with a fULLY stocked kitchen, plenty of games, 3 fridge/freezers so you can load all groceries for the week, it's awesome! By far, this is the cleanest, most stocked home you will have stayed in.

Boat Launch: We have a boat slip + 2 jet ski slips on our personal dock + 2 kayaks, floats, etc. We have a list of available boat ramps (5 min away) **please check lake level to ensure they are open.
I have a storage space you can leave your trailer in during your stay. Note: your vehicle must be registered to get into the park so you must get with me 1 week in advance so we can get you a truck/trailer tag.

Restaurants: Find all local restaurants through Google. An awesome Food trucks park is about 10 min away as well.

Curfew: Curfew to take the party inside is 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekends. Please keep in mind we are a residential neighborhood and neighbors will complain if it is too noisy outside at night. Use your best judgement and please respect our neighbors. We have sound monitors to ensure no issues.

Deer: We have deer EVERYWHERE! Deer love to be fed and you can feed them off the deck by our grills. Bring Cheerios or deer corn they love it and will hang out for quite a while to entertain you. If they come in the back yard just remember they are wild animals and you should be cautious when approaching too close, but they love our house and if you bring deer corn, you are sure to have an enjoyable time feeding them.

The cliffs in our backyard cove can be jumped off just make sure to check water depth before jumping as we are not liable for injuries. The cove is 25 feet deep in areas but always check depth first before jumping. July 2025, lake is full, cliffs are available.

Floats+kayaks: We have floats inside the dock closet but they do get used over the summer, so no guarantees. Please make sure all floats are put away prior to departure and at night as if winds pick up they will be blown away and lost for our next groups. Our cove is secluded and you can float all day and enjoy the water and dock. + we have 2 kayaks for your use.

No Bachelor Parties! No Wild Parties! and No Events (ie: wedding, etc)
No Events (you cannot host a party at this house, it's for rental guests only)
We want guests that will appreciate this amazing home and treat it with care, this is a family neighborhood. If you plan on hosting a wild weekend of debauchery, please look at another listing, thanks!

About Us:
We have owned this home for 9 years now and love it! We have a large family (4 kids and 5 grandkids) this home has so much space that everyone can enjoy and leave with amazing memories. We have many return guests that have made this their "home of choice" for their vacations.

We have a large family and have rented many properties in various locations across the country. After spending the weekend at this property, all my adult children agreed with my assessment. We wish that this house would be able to follow us to all our destinations! It was perfectly laid out and had things for all ages to enjoy. Everything was well-stocked. This spacious, well-furnished home excelled in hospitality. The kitchen provided all needed tools and utensils we needed -- plus! Plus thoughtfully provided containers for leftovers (including plastic sealable bags), a real help as we cooked most of our meal there and had plenty of leftovers for lunches and snacks. Three refrigerators guaranteed that we never ran out of space. Comfy beds all around, too. Many thanks to Matt and crew for their hospitality.

The house was perfect for my family. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed. The owner was there with any questions at any time. I would recommend this house to families looking to create memories. The highlight for my family was feeding the deer every night.

It doesn’t get any better than this. The perfect vacation for a large group looking for a home that has it all. If you're looking for an experience where it seems like you had someone thoughtfully concerned about your needs from start to finish - this is it!!We had an absolutely incredible stay—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The home was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, whether you’re cooking in the kitchen or grilling outdoors. It made meal prep easy and enjoyable for our whole group. One of our favorite touches was the thoughtful extras, like the backpack coolers for taking drinks down to the lake—such a convenient and fun detail. The house itself was beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and beds that made it easy to relax and unwind.There was no shortage of things to do, either. Between the game tables inside and the yard games outside, everyone stayed entertained. The ample refrigerator space was also a huge plus for a larger group.Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect lake getaway in Austin!

Very memorable experience

We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay. Everything was just perfect! The highlight of our visit was definitely spending a day at the dock. We had an amazing time kayaking and swimming, and the fun didn’t stop there. We spent hours singing and bonding, creating unforgettable memories. Annual Friends Reunion

Our entire group of 14 adults and two kids felt like we were all at home in this lovely home. The space gave everyone the privacy to recharge and relax while the common areas were cozy yet spacing for all to gather around for games. Our 2 days down at the dock amd in the lake were so memorable. We're so blessed to have found thia home available. The owners are very friendly and we are so appreciative of their efforts and generosity!

Best time ever!!

The house hosted us for a mini family reunion of 13 adults and one child. Such a beautiful home and property with an amazing view! The home had everything we needed and much more, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Thank you Matt for being so helpful throughout the process and ensuring everything was in place for us to have such a wonderful time! We will definitely return again in the future!!

Tremendous lake house

We had a large group of 15 including some children and the house was large and spacious enough for all of us and then some! The downstairs game room and attached bunk room was the perfect hangout spot and the double level back porch was so much fun in the evenings. The kitchen was recently remodeled and was more than we needed to feed the group. Matt was in touch it me the whole time and made check in and out a breeze. The boat dock was a bit of a walk but that's no one's fault. The lake is just low. Overall 5/5 stars for Matt and his lake house. Would highly recommend!

Week Lake trip Travis

House itself was good, needs a little updating for $ rental rate.. Boat dock area is designed for one boat and two jet skiis. picture of cove and boat dock area needs to be updated to show all the other neighbors boat docks. Driveway will not accommodate a trailer, so renters are told to leave tow vehicle with trailer at ramp a mile away from house, with all the proper paper work in window. We followed these rules and still were ticketed on vehicle. I received numerous calls from property manager for unnecessary matters and unneeded matters when one is on vacation. the neighbors were all very nice and cordial. I believe the issues may lie deeper with management on this property

Our family of 15 people from three states gathered at Matt's lovely home for five days to celebrate Thanksgiving together. We used all of the bedrooms, so there were plenty of beds (thanks to the bunk beds), and the four bathrooms were enough. Preparing 14 meals required a lot of planning. We placed an HEB curbside pick-up order in Cedar Park and purchased quite a few items at Brookshire Bros in Lago Vista. I confirmed with Matt ahead of time which items were and were not available, and I brought many of my own cooking and baking items from home. The double wall ovens and two additional refrigerators in the garage were essential. We used the china and glass dishes for most meals. There was enough seating by bringing extra chairs from a bedroom and by using the bar stools.We weren't outside much, due to the weather. There are many, many stairs both inside and to go outside down to the back yard. We were glad we brought lots of indoor activities (arts & crafts, games, etc.).The home was sparkling clean, and Matt communicated quickly. Our family made a lot of priceless memories.Thank you to Matt for sharing his beautiful home.

We just returned from a girls' getaway with 12 friends, and this house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was.The house had so much space for our group to spread out and relax, and the decor was adorable and welcoming. One feature we especially appreciated was having four refrigerators—such a huge plus for a large group!The walk down to the dock was easy and convenient, making it simple to enjoy the water throughout our stay. Even during the hot summer weather, the air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept the entire house cool and comfortable.Matt was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our girls' trip and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Annual family vacation

This was our second time to stay at this Lago Vista home. The weather was cold and rainy during our stay and the size and layout perfectly accommodated indoor activities for grandparents, adult children and grandkids. The home has many amenities and is clean and well maintained. The property manager is great to work with. We love this beautiful home and will stay there again.

Gigantic House in a Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had a pretty big group of family and friends stay with us for my husbands birthday and never felt like the house was crowded. Matt was awesome providing lots of information and suggestions about the house and the surrounding area. The swimming cove is great and sits back from the main part of the lake. The house is well appointed with pretty much everything you need. Highly recommend for a large group.

Amazing Home and Lake Views

Amazing house, just a perfect home for large families to gather. We had 2 nieces ages 8 & 9 and our grandson age 12, plus several adults join us on this family trip. We all had so much fun playing ping pong, and so many more fun activities to mention in the huge game room. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the lake, which was simply amazing!! The layout + use of space with couches, tables and chairs (inside and out) provided more than enough space for everyone in our group. Kids and family had a hard time picking a bed to sleep on from the abundant amount of beds available to sleep a village😅, all mattresses were very comfy. Upon checking in the AC was left at a wonderful temperature plus there were so many fans throughout the house left on, which was very appreciated with this Texas heat. We barbecued, we cooked in the kitchen, and spent the majority of our time enjoying the cove, boat dock along with our Boat and jet skis with no issues putting them in the water at the near-by ramp. We were able to keep the trailers at the house (side driveway) along with 5 additional cars without needing to use the garages. Matt is such an amazing host, he provided us with so much information in advance and was easy to contact during our stay. We loved feeding the deer each evening!! All in all, a fantastic location, incredible cove + views. This beautiful home on the lake provided a lifetime wonderful memories. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you again Matt.. God Bless

Great spacious house!

The home owner was very easy to communicate with! The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for our large group. Will definitely come back!

Great all around. Would stay again.

Great all around. The fenced yard was perfect for not stressing about kids. Parking worked well, site is beautiful. Host was great. Strongly recommend.
