Bedrooms:
🛏️ Primary Bedroom: Retreat to pure bliss in the primary bedroom, featuring a luxury king-sized bed, sliding glass doors for morning sunset & direct pool access, a 60” TV, and a jetted jacuzzi tub (as well as a walk-in shower🚿)
🛌 Bedroom 2: 1 Double, 1 Twin and 1 Sleeper Sofa perfect for kids and family.
👑 Bedroom 3 (Dual Queen Beds): Sink into comfort in this cozy bedroom, complete with two plush queen beds perfect for restful nights. 🌜

🌟 Additional Sleeping Options: Need more space? AquaZen provides an inflatable queen mattress and a twin XL rollaway bed w/ a memory foam mattress for added convenience. 🌌

Kitchen:
🍳 Prepare to be inspired in the gourmet kitchen at AquaZen. Boasting granite countertops and ample seating, this culinary haven is perfect for whipping up delicious meals while enjoying breathtaking views of Lake Austin. Deck/pool:
🏊‍♂️ Step outside and discover the ultimate outdoor oasis. Lounge on the spacious deck, take a dip in the infinity pool or unwind in the heated spa while soaking in the breathtaking views of Lake Austin. With two cozy daybeds, chaise loungers, & tons of outdoor dining seating the deck is the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of adventure. Enjoy the propane grill, wired-in outdoor speakers and romantic string lights for a perfect dinner party 🌅

This property is magical. The main living spaces, primary bedroom, and outside area are impossible to beat! Please note that the bathrooms have not been remodeled so although everything is in great working condition it might feel a bit outdated compared to the rest of the home.

RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

The fireplace is disabled for safety reasons.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. We do allow certain event for an additional event fee, please inquire.

Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM, which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we will just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $225 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
