Let me tell you, you paid what you paid for. When i walked to my checked in room. It looked clean. But once I started to cook my dinner in the microwave. The roaches explode from all over the kichen area. The desk I used i have to keep wiping because of the small roches. The when i laid down I started to feel something crawing on me and bit me. Found a flea. I thought i picked it up outside because its pet friendly hotel. NEXT NIGHT. I layed down for a min then boom. I removed the sheets and fleas all over me.. the room was infested with fleas. Contacted the front desk and suggested a solution. Lady at the desk said she will contact the management and go from there. Next day Nothing happened. I had to get my own sheets and replace them my self. I dont recommend really coming here unless you need to.

Lobby smelled horrible attendant gave me a room i believe was being used cause the key card worked but the deadbolt was locked on the door so im guessing the room was in use once we got into another room tvs were basic they were not smart tvs mold by the a/c vent the layout of the room was nice

Hotel and room was very nice. Our room was spacious. The only thing is it is right by I-35. I was awakened a few times by cars passing by on the freeway. It can be a problem for light sleepers.

We came here to stay during preparation for our son's medical procedure. On the day we checked in, the elevator didn't work until tomorrow, so we had issues getting on the third floor with the kids and all the stuff we had brought. Spider nets and dust are all over the lobby lights and walls. The apartment was spacious but extremely dirty (our kids' feet were black after walking barefoot for an hour). The microwave was not working, the internet was slow, and Smart TV could not be connected, so I had to use my own hotspot for it. Service was really nice, employees were so kind, but sometimes there is not much they can do with the hotel being in this bad condition... Generally very bad experience!

Overall, not great but not awful. We were in Austin for F1 so paid like double for the room (hotels were sold out). Hotel says smoke free but rugs don't smell great. Hotel is old. Beds are full size - not queen size. I wouldn't stay there again. If we do F1 again, we'll book a hotel well in advance.

First night, I was given a room on the first floor to accommodate myself, grandchild and mother who is wheelchair bound. However the gentleman forgot to put that the room was taken and we were woken up at 3 am by staff trying to get into the room. Knowing I had already booked a return visit I asked for the same room and was told they would reserve it. When we returned the room was already given to someone else. Clearly the employee could see that I had my mother in a wheelchair and I asked for a room on the first floor. She chose to give me a room on the second furthest away from the elevator. People were coming in a variety of times, We could hear the running and talking through the night well past 1:30am. This is not a place for families. This is more a place for long term rentals, workers who stay in various locations. The Candlewood we have near me is sooooo much nicer. I’m very disappointed in this location. If it wasn’t that I had already booked the return trip, I wouldn’t have stay a second time.
