This place is a gem. Hidden behind all the shops and restaurants. My view was green trees. My room was spacious and clean. I loved the screened in balcony. The bathroom was awesome. I will definitely come back and bring my dog.

We found a small piece of glass in one of the beds. On Saturday afternoon we got back to the room around 4:00 pm, and the room wasn’t cleaned yet. The cleaning lady told me I have to ask the front desk for cleaning service, otherwise they don’t clean the room. The guy at the front desk told me it wasn’t necessary to ask for cleaning, that it will be done after they finished cleaning the rooms that were reserved directly at the hotel page, because the app reservations go at the end. Also it cost me around 30% more with Expedia than directly with the hotel. For more than $500 a night is an overvalued hotel.

The hotel was very lack luster. Our room was never cleaned despite staying for 3 nights and removing the do not disturb magnet. Layout and lighting of our room was not the most comfortable. With limited clothing storage options a drawer or small dresser would make more sense than one single long drawer shelf under the bathroom sink

On a noisy street with trucks, no air conditioning, bathroom glass doors next to pillow on bed, sink in the middle of the room, tv partially covered by curtains, lamps only on headboard so no use if someone is sleeping. Highly don't recommend this hotel.

I loved the decor and treehouse vibe. Room service from the restaurant downstairs was fast and delicious. Love the noon checkout and coffee maker. Super friendly and helpful staff. Bed and sofa were very firm. No steamer.

We specifically purchased this room diluento Expedia saying there was a hot tub in the room.. was just a bathtub. Not even a Jacuzzi. The curtains were missing in the living room so no closing off to all the passerbys. The heater did not work in the units and stayed at 60 degrees for the 1st day we were there. But extra blankets and a portable heater we eventually hated up. On the plus side.. all and I mean all of the staff are rock stars.
