I recently stayed at the downtown Omni Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The promptness and kindness of the hotel staff truly stood out; they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. Everything was great except we had stained sheets on one of the beds. Front desk offered us to switch rooms but we were already unpacked so housekeeping came and gave us clean sheets.
