Good stay. Nice price. Good breakfast. Two drawbacks. Lots of external noise late at Night, and bed was a bit saggy. For the price, it was a great deal.

Exceptional service! Clean property! Every staff member was pleasant and truly made you feel welcome. This is now our go-to hotel anytime we come to Austin or the surrounding area.

The first room, they sent us to, had exposed wiring, and 2 of the lights in the room did not work. The second room they put us in had unmade beds & there was garbage in the room. There were also wet towels on the floor. The third room they tried to put us in, had people in it, and it was occupied. Luckily there was no one in the room when I opened the door. The desk clerk was not professional, not friendly, not helpful, and threatened to call the police because we were upset. I would never stay at this hotel again. When it was the Drury it was a good hotel.
