VRBO HOME AWAY Paradise Getaway House- With Pool and Hot Tub!

Howdy from Texas đŸ€ !! NO PETS ALLOWED.The POOL is Open, but it's NOT Heated. I did add a Nice Hot Tub, for everyone to enjoy 😃! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub! Game room for the kides and adults to enjoy.

This super cleaned 2,000 sq ft house set in a lush backyard with a pool, seperate hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space to gather and regroup. Hiking trails,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby!

Please note that this isn't a Party House, its a quiet neighborhood and its key to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. The outdoor lights,pool lights, will automatically turn off at these times. Please come inside and enjoy the big screen tv and game room. Thanks for understanding!

Great visit. In town for the Longhorn game and alumni events. Location was great and our four grandkids loved the game room. The house was extremely well stocked. Eight of us fit with plenty of room to spare. Will definitely consider returning.

We loved it! Dan was so easy to deal with and a quick communicator. Most importantly - the house was very clean, no bugs anywhere, water pressure in shower was strong and the air conditioning was nice and cold! A great family venue. Pool, hot tub and game room were a hit! Beds were very comfortable. House close to retail, restaurants and not far from airport. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and living room was a great family space. Neighborhood was good for walks, running with parks nearby. Great communication with host. Rental was as described, host was responsive to minor issue we had. Enjoyed a weekend of floating about in the pool and playing games in the games room. Had a lovely stay in this huge house with its large garden and pool. It has all the facilities you need to keep one and two families happy. From the well equipped kitchen, to bedrooms with the most amazing bunk beds we have ever seen, large lounge and sitting areas, and to the outdoor space and games room. Communication from the owner was excellent and the pool was cleaned everyday for us as it was spring and the pollen flew in on the breeze.

Great House!

I rented this property for a two day music festival for myself and six others and the house was fantastic! It had everything we needed and then some! We loved the game room and playing pool! Weather wasn’t really hot enough for the pool but the hot tub did get used once. Owner was super friendly and made sure we got checked in and had everything we needed. I would stay here again if I was ever back in this area!
