great stay in Austin

The location of the place was great to all our activities whether we walked or took an Uber. We road once in a self driving Uber and it worked well! The roof top pool was really nice, albeit small and on the weekend it was very crowded. I heard people not staying could pay to use the pool, but didn't confirm that, but this seemed likely as it was so crowded. The condo was lacking in furniture as we had four adults and there was one couch (and a very small bean bag). Everything else was perfect four our group of four. We had amazing weather and did a pontoon bat tour with Capital Cruises. This was great, although I'm not sure how it would be if the weather was not as good. We ate at Odd Duck and Emmer & Rye, both very good. Also got BBQ at Franklins. The line was LONG and it took a LONG time, but the brisket was the best I've ever had. Also the other items were good, but not great. I read you could order ahead if you did it a few days in advance? This would be a good idea. We also went to Barron Springs. It was really beautiful, fun and crowded (closed Thursdays and a few weeks in March). Our Uber driver said to also go to Deep Eddy as it is similar, but less crowded, but we ran out of time. We loved Austin and would love to go back!

Family Visit

Nice clean property. Great view. Nice coffee/drink bar on first floor. Front desk people helpful. Fairly decent location for everything downtown and around. Valet a pain but street parking and lots close by.

We enjoyed the apartment and the location. We didnt use the parking so no reviews on that. The only thing i would suggest is make sure your check out info is the same across all communication. It was a little confusing. One said if you had extra time to start the laundry (we didnt) and then anothe message said to just strip sheets. It would be great if it all said the same thing

Place to live, work and play

New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples.

Came for a girls weekend with 2 friends and we had a great time! The stay was super comfortable for us, plenty of room to sleep comfortably and hang out in between venturing around the city. Would definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Place was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was great, and we enjoyed rooftop views from pool. Walking distance to bars on Rainey Street and Riverfront walking path. Would stay again!

Austin high rise

Great safe building but ALOT of construction in the area really detracted from walking around. View is directly into another high rise but to the east and west is nice. Parking on the street is safe but hard to come by and you still have to pay a lot. Only easy option is the valet, and it is $40/day. In suite laundry is nice and pictures are accurate. It is a nice place.

Perfect all around

The property had a pretty great view on the 32nd floor with quick access to the rooftop pool on the 33rd floor. Pool was clean and not too crowded. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The pullout bed was not the greatest, but if it's only 1 person you can take the back cushions off and use it as a single bed. Valet is $40/day which adds up if your spending a lot of days there, but they are quick to retrieve your vehicle and it's easy to drop off. Check in was easy and took all of 30 seconds to get the room cards. Tv channels were terrible, so plan to log into your own streaming platform on the smart tvs. Remember to log out when you leave! My family off 4 and mother in law all agree 100% we would stay here again.

Great location, great property! The only negative is the valet parking garage. The valet company is great but it takes a while to get your vehicle! Plan 15 min more into your plans. Wish the garage was open to self parking

Great weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Great views on the 32nd floor. The condo was very clean and the amenities online were well represented. Plenty of restaurants were in walking distance and the jogging trail along the river was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Austin.

Incredible stay at this resort style apartment

Stayed in this incredible apartment for 5 nights with 4 friends, all in our early 30s. Feels like you’re staying in a resort with most facilities relatively untouched and brand new. Rooftop pool has amazing views and it’s kept very clean as is the gym. Beautiful interior design throughout whole apartment and building. Fantastic location to wander along rainy street, and walk/bike along the river and an easy taxi ride to zilker park for us to go to Austin city limits. (Note: There is construction going on in the area nearby but we didn’t hear the noise from our apartment and it didn’t disturb us at all on our trip). Very good communication and quick responses as we had to change our dates a few times for which they were very accomodating. Highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future!
