Designed by the architecture team at Bercy Chen Studio, this breathtaking villa is inspired by the curled edges of the falling oak leaves in western Austin. The property is decorated with natural waterfalls, fossilized coral reefs, soaring views, and abundant natural elements.

The Falling Leaves is a one-of-a-kind estate nestled inside an untouched wilderness corridor in West Austin, emerging from the four elements of nature.

With a hosting event capacity of 200 and sleep accommodations for 10, this is the perfect venue for extra special occasions.

A rural, residential compound and artist retreat, inspired by the beauty of a falling leaf. Each roof of the three dwellings was designed to mimic their aesthetic while welcoming your guests into a 10-acre, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, architectural masterpiece. Every inch of the property and land has been considered: from the design, to the furnishings, to the amenities, to the views.

Your stay will be hosted amongst the beauty of the four basic elements: air, earth, fire, water, serving as powerful guides on how-to live-in synergy together. When we align with the four elements, we become more present and tap into the wisdom of life itself. We hope The Falling Leaves will bring the same feelings to you and your guests.

MAIN HOUSE

Guest Access:
You have rented the entire home to yourself. A unique code will be provided a day prior to arrival.

Getting Around:
Navigating Austin Lake Hills is a breeze, with scenic strolls and easy access to nearby attractions. For those with a car, ample parking is available at our house, ensuring convenience during your stay. Explore the neighborhood's charm on foot, or venture out to the wider Austin area, where rideshares and public transportation options abound for hassle-free travel.

Other Things to Note:
Lodgewell, as a property management company, has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature upon booking. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.

No parties or events are allowed on reservations. Please inquiry about events/large gatherings before booking.

Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.

Quite Hours from 10:30 PM and 7 AM per City of Code.

Swimming is at your own risk.

Events: reservations are only for overnight stays. Inquiry about events.

Guests are explicitly forbidden from moving any furniture within the premises under any circumstances.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have the entire home to yourself and/or your group joining with you on your reservation however if you do need to reach us during your stay our staff is available to you by text during your stay.
