Welcome to The Sandpiper Beach House! Our home away from home is your perfect seaside getaway. Blocks away from the beach, the bay, and local attractions like Avalon Surfside Park and Arcade. Four bedrooms, remodeled kitchen and sunny patio deck with dining table, gas grill and lounge chairs. Whether you're bringing the whole family or looking for a quiet, spacious place to unwind, The Sandpiper Beach House has something for everyone!
The Space:
Four bedroom, two floor Avalon beach style house with three full bathrooms. The downstairs is perfect for kids with two bedrooms, shared bath, and smart TV's in each room. Our living room, kitchen, and dining room are located upstairs in an open floorplan. Two more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with smart TV's and bathrooms. A large deck with a gas grill and patio furniture is perfect for al fresco dining with the family, watching the sunset, or sunbathing.

In addition to today's basic necessities such as powerful wifi and smart tv's, The The Sandpiper comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stainless-steel refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Our oversized, double garage has 4 bikes, 10 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 1 beach umbrella and 2 saltwater fishing poles at your disposal. Central air conditioning and heating are included for your comfort.

The Sandpiper has a birdwatching theme including artwork and statuettes located around the house. House tones are beige, turquoise, and blue in keeping with a beach motif. The furniture gives the house a beachy, comfortable cottage vibe with plenty of sunlight and space to relax.

You'll be less than 2 blocks walk to the ocean or 1 block walk to the heart of Avalon's shopping district, famous for its restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, and children's activities including miniature golf and sweet spots for ice cream and donuts. Once you arrive, you never need to get in a car during your stay!

Fantastic hoast
My friends and I had an incredible stay! The location was perfect and the house itself was absolutely amazing—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made everything even easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend—11/10!

Perfect Proximity to Downtown and Beachside
Everything was in great condition and home exceeded our expectation. Relaxing Vacation
When Chris and Kate say their background is in the hospitality business, they aren’t kidding. Their property, Sand Piper Beach House, in Avalon, NJ, is beautiful and welcoming, and every detail has been thought through.
From the first text message welcoming us, our experience at this house has been smooth sailing and memorable.
Although the property is close to a bustling village with shopping and restaurants, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are very respectful.
We were traveling with two teenage boys, and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, arcades, surf shops, and miniature golf gave them the freedom to explore without one “I’m bored” among them.
The kitchen is well stocked, which we love because we enjoy cooking family breakfasts and dinners.
The linens are in good condition and plentiful. The home is well-appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated with a beachy feel.
The owners are communicative and very responsive.
This property and these owners provided one of the best, hassle-free stays we have ever had.
We will stay here again.

Perfect Rental House for a Family Beach Vacation
We stayed here for a week with 4 adults and 5 children. The house accommodated everyone perfectly. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need…beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, bikes. Not to mention household items that are typically irritating to buy for a rental…paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. All of the beds were made with nice linens when we arrived. Great location to get to the beach, or walk into town for ice cream, mini golf, shopping, etc. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were very happy with our stay!

Perfect family vacation
This is a great property in the heart of Avalon! It is very clean, has everything you need to relax at the beach, make dinner, get a good night’s sleep. It has lots of comfortable beds, bikes & beach towels galore. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. Fantastic hosts - very responsive. They went out of their way for us. We will be back!

The Sandpiper was a beautiful place to stay. So clean and comfortable. The generosity of the owners to share not only their home but all the extra stuff you need for the beach was so
nice. Communication with them was always quick and easy. Would highly recommend these hosts and their home.
