This quaint Ridgepoint Townhome overlooks the championship fairways of Beaver Creek`s Golf Course and is set among peaceful rolling foothills and a forest of tall spruce trees. Guests staying at Ridgepoint have access to the nearby amenities, namely the communal outdoor swimming pool (summer only), hot tub and tennis courts.

Guests staying at 88 Ridgepoint are able to enjoy spacious communal areas, as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen. During the ski season, guests can ski in from the Ridgepoint Ski Way, and ski out to the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express. Convenient access to Beaver Creek Village and the ski slopes is also provided by the resort's complimentary Village Connect shuttle service.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Our Team has always been particular when it comes to the hygiene of our properties and the processes and requirements we already have in place lead to exceptionally well-cleaned and sanitized residences. We have taken the additional action of conferring with the Eagle County Health Department to determine that our cleaning protocols and cleaning products (we are using recommended EPA products) conform with the best practices as have been defined by the health authorities.
The following elements are part of our standard checklists for cleaning homes: âą Opening all windows to ventilate rooms. âą Disinfect light switches, lamps, cupboard handles, doorknobs, remotes, and thermostats. These are areas guests have likely touched, so itâs important to sanitize them. âą Run all dishes and flatware through the dishwasher. âą Sanitize/disinfect high-traffic areas like bathroom toilets, sinks, faucets, kitchen surfaces, trashcans, light switches, and door knobs. âą All appliances, electronics, and provided amenities are cleaned between guests. âą All linen is professionally laundered at high temperatures and then ironed. âą All equipment used to clean the properties are themselves cleaned and disinfected daily and housekeeping staff follow strict protocols in accessing and departing residences.
Our family enjoyed this spacious home for vacation. Shelly was a wonderful communicator and made sure we were taken care of. This unit is right across from the pool and hot tub so very convenient.
Overall we were very pleased with the property Close to the Hot tub for the kids to relax in after skiingRooms were all pretty much as advertised. Just no closet in one room with the 2nd king bed. All others did have a closet to store luggageThe unit was clean and spacious enough for 8. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and utensils Plenty of firewood to last the stay of 5 days Shuttles were quick to pick up other than slopes opening and closing (peak times). But were not to bad. Donât really need a car if mainly staying on property. The shuttle system is very goodStaff communications through text was pretty prompt and answered questions timely We used the fireplace every night which was nice
The process of renting this house for a few days was wonderful. The people from Travel Whisperer were so helpful and gave us so many great recommendations. The house itself was fantastic - more than enough towels, trash bags, pots and pans, etc. Everything you would ever need was there (they even had a handheld electric mixer). The home was comfy and inviting - such a great layout. Will definitely be coming back to stay in this home in the future.
Very nice house with everything needed in it. Awesome location across from the office so the use of the jacuzzi is very convenient. We had little kids with us and we were a bit worried about he rails around the stairs but we blocked them with some chairs and it was not an issue.The free shuttle that takes you anywehere you want in the resort is also great.The only thing missing in the house was a little piece from the espresso machine so we could not use it , but we did use the other coffee machine that had filters.
Great, cozy property right in the heart of Beaver Creek. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the heated pool / hot tub, resort shuttle to Beaver Creek Centennial Station, and convenience of town. We will be back for sure!
