This condo is very recently renovated and is an amazing location. Literally a 3 min walk to the Gondola with a Taco / Coffee truck on the way. Induction range and brand new appliances made cooking easy. The unit also has all the extras needed to make meals at home. (Spices, Good Knives, etc...) Beds were comfortable and the balcony has a large table with grill. As an added bonus there is a great sushi restaurant in the lobby only a few steps from the elevator. The only minor issue is that you have to use an app to access the unit which can be temperamental. The doors all have numeric keypads so it would be nice if an access code could be provided... Overall great stay and we'll definitely come back in the future!

Great Stay at Beaver Creek

Condo’s location is great. Few mins walk to either the gondola to Beaver Creek or the shuttle bus to Vail, and very convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping etc
Condo was great. Each bedroom looks recently updated and has its own full bath. Kitchen and living room area don’t seem as updated and are a little small but OK. Building itself is a bit tired but OK and clean.App-based access to building and condo is a bit clunky but OK. Property management company is super responsive and helpful!

Ski vacation

We selected this property because we had a group of seven family members. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom which worked wonderfully. The property is in excellent condition. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely updated and the kitchen and family room area were very comfortable. There is an oversized balcony that also allows a group to dine or gather outdoors. We would select this property again. It is only 10 minutes to Vail and Beavercreek is right out the back door.

Great room with amazing access to BC and Vail

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. The living and dining space, both indoor and outdoor were our favorite parts of the trip. We lit a fire every night with the wood that was provided and grilled and dined on the balcony in the warm sun. The garage parking was tricky at times but after being provided with a pass for the front lots we didn't have any trouble. Overall a great property for a group of friends or families!

2 families, lots of room

Beautiful condo that is very well outfitted for a comfortable stay. My family of 4 stayed with my husband's sister's family of three, the condo felt very roomy. Having three full bathrooms is a big bonus! There is so much to do in the surrounding area, but we also really enjoyed our time hanging out together and cooking at the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient, clean, and comfortable property w/ great service.

My friends and I had a great experience renting here. First off, top tier concierge-like service from Peter at VisitVail. The unit is 3BRs, each with its own full bath, plus a nice communal kitchen and living room. Kitchen was fully stocked, and there was plenty of firewood on hand for the fireplace. Balcony of living room and second balcony connecting bedrooms 2 and 3. Location is top tier with easy access via gondola / bus to beaver creek and bus to Vail. Shops and groceries nearby. Not the most natural light, but that’s probably the only knock and a very small one. Overall loved the place.

Great place for couples or multiple families

The rooms were wonderful. Each room is like it’s own hotel room with large dining table and outdoor seating space. We came with two other couples for a friend’s wedding. Everyone commented on how great the place was and how wonderful the beds were! The sheets are amazing. Peter was great at communicating with us while we were there. I would stay again and you won’t be disappointed if you stay too!

Great place for big ski groups

The property manager was very helpful. The apartment was spotless clean and we were very satisfied with the condition of everything! All of the beds and pillows were comfortable, which is hard to find in most of the rental properties. We were 6 adults and all rooms were spacious. Apartment has a rental equipment shop as well as a liquor shop downstairs, which were very convenient. There were also three different restaurants , we haven't had a chance to try them out though. It was only 3 mins walk to gondola or free shutttles, which we have used both. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked with everything we needed. Overall we had a blast and will definitely come back!

Good location, clean, and comfortable

Short walk to the gondola. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group of 10. Nice to have a parking spot in the garage. The property manager helped us out with an additional parking pass so our 3 vehicles could park without worry. Overall a great place and would stay here again.

Great ski trip location!

We had 5 adults that go on a ski trip together every year and we like ton be no more than a short walk to lifts and be comfortable in the rental. This rental was very clean and comfortable. With about a 3 minute walk in ski boots to the Avon Gondola once outside. We cooked in 3 nights and several mornings, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. lots of room to spread out on sectional and 2 leather recliners. Bedrooms could have supported more people especially if traveling with children.

Large spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo

We were with a group of 5 adults going to a destination wedding in Vail. This was perfect. WE were close to the activities yet there were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Condo was clean and well kept and very homey. Comfortable for that large a group.

Clean and tons of beds

The layout was perfect. The abundance of beds was awesome.The living area was so comfortable and had plenty of cozy seating. It was clean and nicely stocked with towels, TP ,paper towels,etc. It was great to have a washer and dryer. 3 private balconies. The landlord was very accomadating and easy to work with. Only thing I would want you to know is if you are traveling in the summer the place does not have AC. Did not even think I would have to check on that. But the mornings and night time were fine. Overall excellent experience. We will deffinitly return.
