Beaver Creek Resort is beautiful, upscale, and offers the finest of all things, winter or summer. Our smoke-free, on-mountain condo is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Our building, The Charter at Beaver Creek, offers every amenity you would expect of a fine hotel. The resort just completed a spectacular $22M renovation. This is unsurpassed Beaver Creek lodging.

Exquisite furnishings, a just-completed major renovation, and a spectacular west-facing mountain view make our unit one of the most sought-after in the area. You'll enjoy knotty alderwood cabinets, polished granite counters, wide-plank ash hardwood floors, a spectacular wood-burning stone fireplace, stunning bathroom tile artwork, leather/chenille seating, and a balcony. A 55" OLED 4k TV with Dish Network, streaming capability, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and B&W Speakers, help ensure your experience will be memorable.

You'll appreciate being located on the same floor as the main lobby as well as four-star dining at the Charter Steakhouse (check for seasonally adjusted hours at https://chartersteakhouse.com). You'll be steps away from the elevator to the complimentary health club complete with indoor twenty-meter saltwater lap pool, outdoor saltwater pool, one indoor and three outdoor saltwater hot tubs, steam rooms (closed in the summer), dry saunas, fully equipped locker rooms, four stationary bikes, two treadmills, one elliptical machine, four weight benches, a variety of free weights, and more.

Need rental ski, snowboard, or snowshoe gear? Charter Sports is conveniently located just down the hall. A ski valet service is also available for your convenience.

Beaver Creek Village's famed shopping, dining, performing arts center, and family ice skating rink are just a five-minute walk away. As an alternative to the short stroll, our building runs a complementary private shuttle for our guests. It runs every five minutes to reach the Centennial lift and the village square (Vilar Center escalator). The shuttle also runs once daily to the grocery market (no need for car).

Do you golf? With twelve golf courses near Beaver Creek and more on the way, this high-altitude destination has come to be known as a golfer's paradise. Players of all abilities will find a golf course and an experience best suited for them. We are located right next to the famed Beaver Creek Golf Club, open May 7 through October 6.

It's no wonder that golf is a favorite activity in the summer. With so many courses to choose from, you could spend your entire summer vacation golfing the best courses in the Vail Valley and still not play them all!

For those not wanting to rent and drive a car, there are several transportation options beyond those offered by The Charter. The Village Connect app may be used for free on-demand transportation services within the Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead communities. For those flying in, the Eagle County Airport (EGE) is only a 39-minute drive away, making it far more convenient than flying into Denver. Both public and private transportation options are available between EGE and Beaver Creek, as well as throughout the Vail Valley.

We came for Easter, and the Elkhorn lift was still open. You can ski right from the back of the building to that lift. The building is beautiful. It has 24 hour front desk and a great coffee machine. There’s also a restaurant and breakfast that was quite delicious. The village was a 5 minute walk. Location is wonderful The actual unit is on the same floor as the front desk and right next to charter sports. Very convenient. We did hear a little bit of noise in the hallway, but nothing from about 9 PM on. Definitely will rent this again if we come back to Beavercreek."

"Our family came to Beaver Creek to ski (kids first time and an excellent experience with ski school) and had the best week! This is our third and favorite stay at The Charter. It was recently renovated and the furnishings are too notch. Staff is excellent and easy access to beverages like hot choc and coffee and water. We loved the main level location of this condo for easy in and out, close to Charter Sports shop. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with all the tight homey amenities and perfect view of the mountain!! Loved looking out each morning to see the snow covered mountain and views of the lifts. I could go on and on but we would absolutely book this condo again! Thank you for a perfect stay!"

"This property exceeded our expectations. First, we had to request a shift in our vacation due to our daughter's horse show that was scheduled after I had made our reservations... SO thankful it worked out because we LOVE this condo. It has a beautiful view, two spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that had so many amenities we felt like we were family visiting. The location is nice, the shuttle literally runs every 15 minutes (easy to load your ski gear and hop on) during the day and if you want to walk to the village, it's a nice stroll- maybe 5/6 mins from the back door. I enjoyed the spa, my husband and daughter enjoyed the large indoor pool and hot tubs. We felt close enough to the action in the village, but just far enough away to relax. The town shuttle runs to Avon, Lionshead and into Vail. Nice to be able to shop around for a day without Uber expenses...we didn't rent a car, didn't need it. All you need is within walking/shuttling distance. Thank you again, we talked on the airplane ride home about our return. :-))))"

"Spent Christmas with our daughter and her boyfriend at this beautiful condo. Love The Charter location as you have all of the amenities of a hotel during your stay. The front desk was so helpful and welcoming. The Steakhouse on property was incredible food and service and so convenient. Also, just down the hall you can rent all of your ski gear, again, so convenient. The only downside is the ski out lift was not in operation while we were there. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in a rental so thank you for that! Shuttles were very 10 minutes and so friendly. A win-win for us and we would definitely stay again here!"

We loved this condo. The location made it an easy walk to town which worked out perfectly for going to and from October fest over labor day weekend. Also, the view off the patio is amazing and looks towards ski runs. The main reason we picked this place was because it had two bedrooms with king size beds and a bathroom attached to the rooms. We had a great stay and would love to come back again soon!

Beaver Creek Weekend Getaway

The property was very clean and as advertised. The property manager was extremely responsive and collaborative. The views from the property are amazing and you're close proximity to everything in the village. The amenities of the property are also top notch. There's a great gym with two pelotons, indoor pool, outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs inside and outside. I would highly recommend this property in all seasons!

family get away

We had awesome stay. The condo had everything needed to stay for our short stay. The location of condo is very well located to access all needed services from lobby, pool, parking lot, game room, empty of trash in building. The location of condo was great location to walk in village or drive short distance to market place, golf courses, gas station. We all had great time and relaxing time with having this great condo. Our week at this condo was simply fantastic! Exactly what we needed for the Vail Valley Baseball Tournament. We were so impressed with the building, unit, and gorgeous view. The listing was incredibly accurate – the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 3, and the location couldn't be beat. Being within easy walking distance to Beaver Creek Village was a huge bonus! There's also a grocery store and Walgreens before entering through the BC gate and Walmart close by.The owners thought of everything. We genuinely appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, like the folding chairs and umbrellas, which were absolute lifesavers for the games! Inside, the unit was so well-equipped: a washer, dryer, dishwasher, with plenty of cabinet space and cooking items. The extra pillows, blankets, and even two robes in each closet plus comfortable beds & awesome towels were such luxurious touches. There was coffee & tea in the lobby each morning with everything you could need, a well-equipped fitness center, and indoor/outdoor pools we desperately wanted to use but didn't have time. It's worth noting for future guests; like most places in the area, there is no AC. However, with the cool mountain air and fans provided - ceiling & standing, it truly wasn't an issue.(They seriously thought of everything!) We had such a fantastic and comfortable stay and sincerely hope the owners will allow us the pleasure of returning next year. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!

Great property in a great location! There was confusion between the front desk and the property manager as to when the property was ready which took some extra time and effort to resolve but it was smooth sailing after that. We love the pools, proximity to the great new playground, and walkability to everything!

Great Condo with a Great View

This Condo was fantastic. The layout was great, the rooms and common areas were comfrotable and the kithcen was great. We enjoyed several meals on the patio which has a great view. Location wise, it was close the Village and the unit is on the main floor so easy in and out.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay Near Beaver Creek Village

Our family of four really enjoyed Scott's condo and The Charter complex. The lobby area was elegant and welcoming. The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to Beaver Creek Village. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect Location in Beaver Creek!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Beaver Creek. The location of the condo was perfect - Charter Sports was just down the hallway (this helped on our arrival night as we just walked down and had skis in minutes), the access to ski in / ski out was steps away, and we were just a very short walk to the main village area of Beaver Creek. We were very happy staying at The Charter, and this condo couldn't be better! Also the view out all of the windows was really pretty. Parking was easy.Inside the condo we had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel like we were on vacation! The decor and furnishings were just as pictured, and all were super nice. The beds, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, etc. made our stay very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Oh and the wood-burning fireplace was so relaxing at the end of a long ski day!Overall our vacation in this condo was fantastic! Would recommend it to all!

We had a terrific spring break stay! Location was excellent for our family. Easy to get to ski school. Short walk to ice skating rink and restaurants. The kids loved the pool, arcade and The Charter in general. It was perfect for our family of 5.

After a day of outdoor adventure, it was a treat to relax in the property’s private hot tub while soaking in the incredible mountain views.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive.

Great Stay

The unit was a perfect place to stay and we'd stay here again. If you're skiing, you a rental place in the building and its probably 40 yards from your door. It is a ski in/ski out but you have to figure out the trails for that, we messed up on the first day but after we figured it out, it was pretty easy. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Wonderful unit, perfect location.

We loved staying at this property in Beaver Creek and highly recommend. The location is nice because you can ski right to Elkhorn lift and then ski right back to the Charter when you’re done for the day. Quick 5 minute walk into the village for food and shopping. And we enjoyed the community hot tubs, and sauna. The unit was nice and clean, very cozy, great views and had everything you need to cook breakfast before skiing or dinner after a fun day on the mountain. The owner was very communicative and provided a guide upon check-in with detailed instructions and recommendations on dining, skiing, etc. We will be back!

Relaxing and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a nice kitchen. We had most breakfasts, lunches and dinners there but it was also just a short walk to most restaurants. Evenings were great, enjoying a glass of wine by the wood burning fire place. We could ski to and from the slopes, although it was a tad far, but doable. We would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

The unit was great. Super comfortable couches and beds, and great fireplace. Had everything you will need. The Charter was super easy to navigate and friendly. Easy to get on the slopes. We highly recommend.

Wonderful Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and our two young boys. We skied from 9-3 pm most days, but it was an excellent base to sleep and cook dinner.

This is a fantastic place. Very easy communication with Scott, the owner, prior to my stay. This condo is in a hotel type setting so there are people at the front desk 24/7. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby all day long. This apartment is very close to the lobby and the elevator from the underground garage which is very convenient. The gym, pool and hot tubs are great. On demand shuttle around BC is very convenient. Apt is wonderful, clean and comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities you will need. Having the in apt. washer and dryer is great to keep your ski clothing clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again.
