Welcome to Beaver Creek, the ultimate setting for your mountain vacation!
This fabulous, true ski-in/ski-out penthouse 2,065sqf is located in the heart of Beaver Creek, just uphill from the Centennial Express Chairlift or the Buckaroo Express Gondola, and within walking distance to Beaver Creek Village which features dining, shopping, entertainment, a year around ice skating rink, and more.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and enough room to comfortably accommodate 12 guests, this two level condominium is a terrific size and layout for multiple families or a group of close friends, who are looking to vacation together. This third floor penthouse is one of the finest homes in Highlands Westview, and has the following features:

Spring Break In Beaver Creek

Ski-In/Ski-Out was great. The ski lockers had boot dryers with I have not seen before and that was an unexpected surprise. We found great ASPRE deals at Artiza w/half price cocktails and apps 3-5 along with Blue Moose 3.50 Colorado draft beers from 2-4. Everyone had a great time.

Great location and size

We had 4 adults and 6 kids stay for three nights. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to make it comfortable. Three bedrooms and baths are downstairs. Bunk room with 4 twins and one pullout sofa upstairs with another full bathroom. The ski storage room is very convenient. The location is great - close walk to the plaza (downhill to get there and uphill coming back). TVs worked well, and there was a seat for everyone to eat dinner between the table and stools. Furnishings are newer and comfortable. Other details to consider.There is an elevator with luggage carts but you will have to go up about 5 steps. Only one car is allowed to park at the property. Other cars will have to park in lower surface lots. An SUV with a roof box will not fit in the garage. Some in our group didn’t like the foam mattresses but I thought they were comfortable.

Cold Play

The property was perfect for our group of nine. Plenty of space for all of us. And everything was clean and well maintained beyond our expectations. The ski-in ski-out was perfect and shuttles made getting to shopping and food. Very easy. Also possible to walk. The owner was fantastic and made our trip an easy one. Highly, highly recommend this property to anyone.

Large and well equipped condo a few minute walk from Beaver Creek. Easily accommodated 8 adults. One item of note, this condo has a private steam room in the upstairs bathroom that accommodated 8 people, what an awesome feature!

Beaver Creek ski trip

Two families stayed at this condo for a week of skiing. It was clean, had comfortable beds and had plenty of room for our 2 families. The ski locker room with boot heaters was very convenient. The ski in and ski out was very easy as well as walking into Beaver Creek village. This condo is also a great location if you are using ski school.

Unbeatable Location

This is a great townhome for families and is a true ski-in/out location. We stayed with 4 children, ages 1-9, and were able to get to ski-school either via skiing or by the village transport. We had 5 adults and did not feel cramped. The beds were extremely comfortable with great linens. This was nice after long days and achy bodies. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked, better than most rentals we've stayed at. The home was cleaned well, although we found a used/open coke can and a few other items (hair ties, socks) that were overlooked. We also had an issue with the heat, but management took care of it. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again.

Perfect for our family!

We loved how easy the ski-in/ski-out worked with the ski lockers downstairs by the door. The indoor garage parking was such a great bonus. Getting to unload and load inside the garage was wonderful. Managers immediately responded to my questions. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. My only negative was that we had no sheets or blankets for the two pullouts which by the way were extremely uncomfortable. If you're counting on those for sleeping adults, you may want to rethink. And the sleeping for the 6 upstairs was very hot in the summer. No windows on the second floor.

Nice stay

Ski in/ Ski out. location was great for Beaver creek activities. Fun mountain with something for all ability levels in our group. The free shuttle service can take you anywhere you need to go. Loft with bunk beds was perfect for the kids. Nice outdoor jacuzzi, but no pool or fitness facility.

Great Time in Beaver Creek

Everything within the condo was in good condition and the property was as advertised. Pablo contacted us on the first day and made himself available if we needed anything or had questions, but our stay was seamless. The location within Beaver Creek was great and it was a true ski-in/ski-out experience. We had a vehicle and the underground parking made coming and going much more convenient. The unit overall had everything we needed and the ski locker on the ground level was a nice option. Beaver Creek is an amazing place and good place for families to ski in Colorado. I would highly recommend this property and Pablo to others who may be looking for a vacation in Beaver Creek. Two thumbs up and five stars from our family.
