This 1,100 sq/ft brand new residence features a fireplace and balcony with mountain views at ONE Riverfront, the newest building at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa! Two bedrooms (1 king and 2 Queen Bunk Beds), and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to six adults or children.

You will discover luxurious, plush bedding and towels, and superior amenities. Relax near the warm fireplace, in the spacious living area. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Those working remotely will find free high-speed WiFi of benefit.

And don't miss the new Rooftop bar with amazing 360 degree views and gather around and toast the best view in the Vail Valley. Ride the elevator to the top of One Riverfront where “The Lookout, a rooftop bar” provides an incredible venue to relax, take in the view and share the stories of the day with a well-crafted cocktail in hand. There will be spectacular views of both Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail for you and your guests to enjoy. The grand Colorado sky is quite literally the limit with this elevated aprĂ©s experience.

Located adjacent to and Riverfront Express gondola, getting on and off the mountain has never been easier in the winter, and the ski and boot valet is available to handle all of your equipment needs. State-of-the-art fitness center offers daily classes. The outdoor 25-yard saltwater heated lap pool and infinity hot tubs are available year-round. Live music in the lobby, with a relaxing bar and fire pits with views of Beaver Creek Mountain.

Pamper yourself at the Spa Anjali, sip a coffee from Starbucks, or enjoy a prime steak at the brand new Stoke & Rye, all located on site. Fine dining and shops are within walking distance.

Whether you're active outdoors or seeking a more leisurely pace, there's something for everyone, from hiking and bike trails in the summer to skiing and sleigh rides in the winter, and the gondola at your doorstep. Plus a FREE shuttle to both Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail Village.

Daily housekeeping is typically not provided for short stays, but can be provided on request at an additional cost.

Please be aware, upon arrival, the resort will charge an additional $100/night resort fee and $75 per stay booking fee. This is paid directly to the resort and is separate from this booking.

Standard check-in is 4pm or later. Check-out is 11am. Please know that your health matters to us, and additional cleaning time is required in between guests.

The host was all over communication- in real time. The home is everything you are seeing online. No surprises. 5m drive up mountain to Beaver, and 15m drive to Vail. Full access to pools and gym. MUST HIT Lookout Bar within the Westin! 30sec walk from this unit. Same building. Amazing

Spring Break

The unit is as advertised. Easy location and having access to the Westin Hotel amenities next door is really nice. Had a small issue when we checked in but the host corrected it quickly and compensated me for my time. If looking for an easy place to stay and ski, this is it.

Beaver Creek Condo

Location amazing. Property Brand new. Amenities great. Small points of frustration were check-in & out process, “sleeps 6” means four kids sleeping on 2 full size bunks which were too small. We had 2 kids on a couch (not a pull out) without extra quality bedding.

Our New Favorite in Avon!

We have been coming to the Avon/Beaver Creek area in the summer for many years... and this property is officially our favorite ever! First of all, the location is the best! It's on the residences side of the Westin, so we had access to all of the resort amenities (pool, gym, spa, retail and restaurants), but the convenience of a separate and less crowded lobby entrance, parking garage, elevators, etc. The other thing we love about this place is that it is located within walking distance to many other great spots within Avon (Nottingham Park, restaurants, retail), so there were many days that we didn't even need a car. And right outside the condo is a wonderful walking and bike trail alongside the river - it's so scenic! In addition to the perfect location, the condo itself was just wonderful! Everything seemed to be new and in perfect condition (furniture, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, etc). The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots/pans/accessories that we needed to prepare meals there with ease. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were all very spacious. My son enjoyed the second room which had a large bunk bed, his own TV, and a separate bathroom/shower. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit which we used several times. In conclusion, we had a great time staying at this condo and are already looking forward to booking it again next summer!

Great location, perfect accomendations

First, the host was wonderful: very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Second, the home was spotless, modern, and conveniently located near excellent restaurants and outdoor activities. We would definitely stay again!
