Perfect family stay
It was amazing place super friendly staff and the range at breakfast was 10/10. We stayed in the double bed room that was perfect for a small family. Hotel was walking distance to the local attractions.

Pretty good location , 10 mins walk to Bali collection, or use shuttle service, also shuttle to - fr beach club. Food is good for local taste, but not for foreign. Super humid eat inside or oustide at breakfast place, suggestion to put more fans, so at least we can enjoy our breakfast without fighting with sweat. Other than that is ok. Attention is pretty good too.

The property was lovely, especially the gorgeous pool area. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had everything you could think of. We went to Bali Collection for dinner the first night which is a higher end open air mall but discovered a street just behind the hotel with several more reasonably priced restaurants and shops. The little beach area was very nice with comfortable loungers, a clean washroom and a bar/snack area. The water itself was so/so.

This hotel is excellent when visiting Bali. The staff are impeccable in every way, as is also generally what the Balinese people are. Everyone is so courteous and genuinely want to cater to your needs. Incredibly impressive. This hotel is stunningly beautiful, the pool and garden areas are immaculate and beautiful. We have been blown away by Bali and this hotel. 5⭐️ will definitely recommend.
