Residence Badus is located at just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi, a lovely town set between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, just a few minutes by car from Li Junchi beach (2.5 kms) and Li Mindi beach (3 kms) in the marina of Badesi. The property is divided into two complexes (ca 100 mts from each other), both with swimming pool, placed downhill from the town centre. The terraced flats can be on the ground floor or on the first floor, and all of them have an equipped patio or balcony.

Located in between Anglona and Gallura, Badesi is a recent seaside town. The town has many shops, cefés and restaurants and, during the summer, it's rich in events and festivals.
The beaches of Badesi are absolutely breathtaking. Li Mindi is a wide beach with wonderful colours and fine white sand. It stretches for kilometres and it's crossed by the river Coghinas. The dunes of thin sand are covered with junipers and the water has a stunning blue colour.
Due to its exposure to the mistral wind, the coast is the ideal destination for windsurfers. The coast has been declared site of Community interest, due to its variety of flora and fauna. The area, characterised by hills and plains, is perfect for fruitful vineyards, from which the famous "Vermentino di Gallura" is obtained.
Badesi is also an excellent starting point for those willing to visit the northern part of the island and it's the perfect spot for tourists looking for a stay far from the chaos of the most crowded destinations.
The gorgeous town of Castelsardo and the "Roccia Dell'elefante" are definitely worth a visit; in addition, an excursion on the river Coghinas is a must.
