Country House / Farm House in Bagni Di Lucca with 3 bedrooms sleeps 7

This spacious stone rustico (a former antique chestnut mill) lies at the beginning of the Garfagnana, only 6km from the important spa resort of Bagni di Lucca and 35 km from the city of Lucca.
The house disposes of a big garden, about 5000 sqm, of which 20 sqm are fenced for eventual domestic animals. There is a private swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella, table and chairs, barbeque and pizza oven at the guests’ disposal. There is a small cottage on the property in which the owners spend from time to time a weekend in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
There is a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco, views onto the garden and the pool. The swimming pool is half set in earth, 3,70 x 6m, deep: 1.20m. External utility room with washing machine. Parking 50 m from the holiday home. The house disposes of WiFi, but as it is located within the woods, the connection is not always stable.
Guests can have magnificent strolls to the nearby small villages of Montefegatesi, S. Cassiano or l’Orrido di Botri (also known as the canyon of the Apennine) and discover the untouched nature.

Within an external stone staircase access from the parking to the house. Entrance on the ground floor: room with sofa, stairs to the 1st floor: kitchen with big fire-place, dining table, stove (3 flames), oven (gas), fridge/freezer, TV, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed (120 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, 1 spacious double bedroom with 1 additional double bed settee , 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 additional bed to pull out underneath (walkthrough room between the double bedroom and the bedroom with the French sized bed). There is another small kitchen on the ground floor with external access, stove (2 flames), fridge.
