INCOMPETENTLY RUN HOTEL
Appalling service!The hotel had double booked one of our rooms and downgraded us to a single room from a deluxe double with no compensation.There was no manager to talk to fo the entire weekend! On arrival in rooms no towels which had to be requested,no complimentary water and even though they provide a kettle and cups there is no complimentary tea/coffee.Do not stay here!

Horrible hotel
Food if ordered doesn't come for more than one and half hour for room service terrible service they don't bring plate fork and spoon also. No WiFi in the hotel at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone terrible reception service also they don't even know how to deal with customers
The building outside looks nice.||||
Much dis appointed to the room they gave us because the room we booked is still occupied and its already 2pm so they gave us smaller room. Also no wifi at that area that make us more dis appointed.!!!
Interiors of the hotel has a rustic feel to it. Rooms are ok but wifi is not available in every floor. We were assigned a room on the 3rd flr and wifi is very very weak, most of the time no signal at all. bathroom needs renovations, water from the shower area leaks on the toilet floor. Accommodations comes with complimentary breakfast buffet which is ok. Location is quite near burnham park, you can walk but i suggest to take a cab because the hotel is on the uphill part of legarda road. No fastfood is near the hotel but there is a restaurant (king chef) which is across the street. But if you are on a budget, i suggest eat before going back to the hotel
Sink and shower didn’t drain well water sat in sink for 20 minutes. No a/c did supply fan. Shower water would get really hot then cold. Free breakfast was cold and when I asked for fruit which was included they gave me smoothie and then charged us P70 per smoothie. I will never stay they again. But the staff was nice and attentive.
Pro: Friendly and accommodating staff, spacious room, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance
Con: Small cockroaches during the night, bed matress was uncomfortable (a bit hard to my liking), breakfast below standards
The service was not good. You'd have to request for towels everyday and most times they'd take long to arrive. The bathroom was filled with small cockroaches and the bed sheets had stains. The ref did not work so we had to request for a new one and when it arrived, the new ref wouldn't close properly. There were also instances when we would ask the front desk to connect us to a fast food chain and they would not call us back.
The room was good but the services really need to be improved.
My mum and my partner stayed in a nice corner room and had nice views. The room was pretty big for the three of us which was nice. We had a nice stay and room was clean too.
It can get noisy though in the morning as the windows are not double glazed, our room facing the busy road. It was fine. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room for some reason which was annoying but you can live without. The Wi-Fi is strong in the common seating area next to the lift on your floor.
The breakfast was (I just be honest) looks like the kitchen staff had given up cooking. Food was cold, the bacon was not really nice, their rice was soggy, their toast was paper thin and wad hardly toasted - had to to ask them to toast it again. Yeah - their restaurant needs Gordon Ramsay! It's a shame because you can tell it is once one a good hotel to stay in Baguio. Their security guard out the front never smoked nor greeted you. Always on his mobile. Front desk was okay. Nothing too impressive to write about.
Will not stay again unfortunately.
