Experience southern charm in our delightful boutique rental, perfect for heritage tourists and special occasions. Located on the corner of the house, The Alma Mae Room is a charming room that boasts the best views of Downtown Ball Ground. It offers a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. Thoughtfully furnished and warm in tone, The Alma Mae room is perfect for guests who enjoy watching the town come to life while relaxing in a snug, welcoming space.
1. Due to health regulations, the kitchen is not available for guest to use. You are however able to put labeled items in the fridge located in the kitchen during your stay.
2. We do not serve breakfast. In place of breakfast with us, you will be given Downtown Dollar Vouchers to use at downtown businesses such as Jill`s Bakery (wide variety of breakfast choices) or Barrel House (wide variety of coffee choices). Our Kerrig is always available for guest use for in house coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
3. Remember quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful to our other guests and neighbors that are private residences. Each room is equipped with a noise machine for your convenience.
4. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on our property.
5. If evidence of smoking, pets, glitter/confetti, or vomit in your room is found, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 cleaning fee.
