Minha experiência no hotel foi mediana. Os quartos deixaram a desejar, pois não eram tão confortáveis, além de serem abafados e com aparência de pouca limpeza, o que comprometeu um pouco a estadia. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi um ponto positivo, com bastante variedade de opções. Além disso, as funcionárias da cozinha foram extremamente atenciosas e cuidadosas, oferecendo um atendimento muito agradável.

De chegada já tivemos uma má impressão, a atendente parecia não entender o que falávamos, um mau atendimento já de chegada, elevador dava até medo, tanto que meu filho resolver subir sempre de escada, a piscina não dava para ver o fundo, água escura, optamos em não entrar, no quarto estava tudo limpo, mas a cama de mola muito ruim, para finalizar o café da manhã , difícil tomar, não porque o café era ruim mas o problema é que nunca tinha, acabava rápido e eles não davam conta de repor, sala pequena e lotada, uma dificuldade, a melhor parte foi a saída , foi rápido entregamos e chave e já era, para 3 estrelas tem muito que melhorar.

O café da manhã foi o que salvou essa experiência. Um dia apenas e muito ruim. estrutura ruim, Banheiro ruim (chuveiro muito bom ). Camas muito velhas e rasgadas Barata no apartamento Ar condicionado Funciona bem O atendimento: Recepcionista muito despreparada não sabe se colocar no lugar do seu cliente Atendentes do café foram muito educadas e solicitas Parte boa é que fica muito próxima a praia brava tem que tomar cuidado mas a praia é boa. Piscina sem manutenção de limpeza Sei que é barato o que paguei mas se propuseram a fazer tem que pelomenos atender o mínimo, educação e limpeza o básico.

Cama de casal era 2 de solteiro juntada , horrível, cheiro de mofo muito muito forte, era de sufocar , vazamento no banheiro por causa do chuveiro, quartos , elevador , tudo muito velho , antigo e cheirando mofo. Um horror. Única coisa que vale é a boa localização. Mas não voltaria.
