We checked in and all the rooms they offered had plug ins so we were told we would not be charged and we could go to another Comfort Inn. The reason we could not stay in the rooms is because my wife has chemical sensitivities also known as Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. They put the plug ins to cover up a cigarette smell from another customer. In any case they never returned our money for the 3 days or the points we used for Chase Travel. The property owner is a liar if after his employee guaranteed a return or no charge then he would turn around and tell Chase Travel that he charged us.

Hotel from hell

the hotel manger denis she was great the check was very smooth but come night time we were covered in bed bugs. got bit up the night staff was terrible we was at the front desk trying to get service for two hours.

Not satisfied!

My room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. There was leftover food under my bed that my dog was able to get ahold of. There was no extra toilet paper in the room, aside from what was on the roll. The vending machine on every floor was empty. The ice machine on the third floor was broken. The phone in my room didn't work. I would not recommend os stay at this property again.

NO FRONT DESK STAFF. STAY AWAY.

showed up to check in - NO staff at desk for over 20 minutes. phone rang. no one came out. I was not the only one there, after midnight, trying to check in. I finally left, and now need a refund.

I would prefer not to see mold all over the bathroom, such as the calking, around the soap dishes, and ceiling above the shower. Also, the toilet paper holder and towel hook were falling out of the wall. Went down to breakfast, the coffee was so weak that I went back to the room and made it there. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels and washcloths seemed new and fluffy.

My daughter amd mysrlf stayed for a birthday paty. Check in was great. I checked out sunday at 825am. The woman who checked was rude and wouldn't give me a receipt. Customer service needs much improvement
