I had a pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. Overall, the experience was good. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, which was definitely a plus point. The breakfast and dinner also offered a good variety of choices, and the food was generally enjoyable. The only area that I feel could be improved is the cleanliness of the public restroom, especially the restroom on the second floor. I noticed some unpleasant odour, which was slightly below my expectation for a five-star hotel. Other than that, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. The environment is very relaxing, with direct access to a private beach and a clean, beautiful infinity pool. Breakfast was satisfying, and the room was well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. Special thanks to the staff and security team for their kindness and prompt help when we misplaced our phone—they were very supportive throughout. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.
