The property was perfect for our family vacation. Amazing location and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jackie was over-the-top friendly and accommodating and puts a lot of pride into making a stay at her place a very memorable experience. Jackie is an amazing host with a home straight out of a fairytale. She goes above and beyond every night to ensure the lights on the exterior are lit up every night for her guests and there’s literally everything you need inside the home. By far the best rental I’ve stayed in!

we had an amazing stay at Jackie's chalet! great beds, wonderful cosy living, great kitchen and bathrooms, and the location is unbeatable. We had coffee with the view on Mount Rundle, walked 2 minutes to all the pretty streets in Banff or to the Bow River. Jackie was a wonderful host and we liked very much to have her around! Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about how great this home is! It is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, clean and has THE best location! Jackie is a wonderful host and the neighbor, Brent, is always available to help! I will never stay anywhere else while visiting Banff!

The property is gorgeous and in an incredible location. You have the IGA right around the corner for groceries and snacks if you want to cook at the VRBO. There is every cooking utensil you’d need so it makes things easy. There were also so many condiments and spices to use so you don’t have to get unnecessary things that you wouldn’t use a ton of. If you’re not into cooking, you are also a very short walk to the main road in Banff, where you can find every restaurant for any pallet. The beds were super comfortable there was ample storage space and closet space for everything that you’re bringing. You have a nice outdoor fire pit to enjoy the company of your friends and family with as well as a big living room room, dining room room area. I would also highly recommend playing Monopoly that is in the shelves. I have never laughed so hard with all of my friends.

Place was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location in Banff. Majestic views from the deck and backyard. Veey clean and well stocked kitchens. They place was an ideal place for the 5 of us and we look forward to returning!

What an amazing property! Jackie was amazing and the place was beautiful. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to everything! Highly recommend this place and if we are ever back in Banff we will be staying here!!!
