I chose this hotel to be centrally located. It was my last of three reservations over successive weekends.All aspects of service and courtesy were excellent from reception, porters, dining and cleaning staff. A special mention goes to Jeungeun (Rosie) & Tharanya (Ms Dear). There is a wide selection of Breakfast cuisines but I did not use additional dining options.

If you're coming into Bangkok before heading out into the country, this is a calm oasis in the middle of a very busy city. The people at the hotel make it a breeze to get transport in and out of the hotel. The pool is spotless and long enough to get a good swim in.

Had the best experience in this hotel. Room was very clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ask for Mr. Wat in the bell service he was helpful and kind. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. This hotel deserves the 5 stars it claims.
