This hotel checks all boxes Clean, great service, proffesional staff, many options for breakfast, good location, good value for money. Its's 5 stars, but more of a business-5-stars rather than luxury-5-stars, but it had all we needed.

Room was clean. Little far from port. Easy access to train station. Front office, food and beverage staff and cleaning staff was great. One staff was stereotyping all indian clients. Everytime he saw someone indian look alike , he will shake his head imitating indians who shake their head when replying yes or no. I look like an indian but i am not from india and i dont shake my head but he kept doing that to me and my family. I feel the supervisor should look into this. This is a nice hotel and people from all different background come to this hotel. Staff need to be senstive to peoples feelings too. Overall my stay was great

"You get what you pay for" certainly applies here. An expensive hotel that does deliver. Vital for me is a comfy bed & a good breakfast to start the day, the latter featuring an impressive range of both hot & cold foods. Room decor also elegant.
