I had a wonderful stay at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. I would give this hotel 10/10, but I can only give it 9/10. The last buffet breakfast I ordered an omelette, I waited too long and had to check with two waitresses to get my food. And they gave the wrong choice finally. May be the management should check on the process.

A lovely hotel and stay. It is situated in a busy district, but the hotel is nicely positioned so it never felt like we were in the centre of town. The staff were lovely and a high standard of service was provided. A good all-round facility, the gym, pool and breakfast were high quality.
