Food poisoning at the hotel ruined our vacation. The breakfast buffet looked beautiful and after a long flight the evening before the food was inviting. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet gave two of our family members horrible food poisoning. We were extremely sick for the first half of our trip. Two days of not being able to even leave the hotel. It was a terrible way to start our trip. When I informed the hotel they seemed unconcerned. Just beware.

Has a great location with a nice free tuktuk that takes you to Suhkumvit for sightseeing. If you’re travelling with bags, you’ll need other transportation (we walked with our bags from the Asok BTS station. The room was ok - definitely falling apart in a bunch of places. The main bed was nice, but the single beds were as hard as a rock. The kitchen was ok, but wasn’t used - we only kept drinks in the fridge. The pool was nice, but closes really early (8pm) so go before dinner! The balcony view was wonderful- we were on the 25th floor and looked towards Asok Station. Although a bit dated our room was spacious and clean with amazing views of Bangkok. Th3 hotel facilities including swimming pool, fitness centre and games room were excellent. Buffet breakfast was a highlight. Great that there is free daily tuk tuk shuttle to the main road. Loved being so close to the park also.

I booked the room the garden view. Expecting a garden view. The view I got was far from that. I was in the new wing of the building and the view was of a couple plants and a neighbouring building. The room was spacious and the bed was large which was great. Overall the location is great with it being central to everything. The hotel staff was great as well.

A must-stay place in Bangkok! The hotel is neat and clean, with a superb pool and well-equipped gym. Everything you need is easily available, making the stay very comfortable and convenient. The location is awesome, and the hotel offers so much open space, which is rare and refreshing in the city. Highly recommended!
