The twin rooms we had is on the 47th floor with great views and spacious. Bed is comfortable, toilet has rain shower, hand shower, bathtub, and the seat bowl is automatic flush with warmer. Hair dryer is Dyson. Buffet breakfast has good spread: various fruit juices, coffee machine, salad bar, pastries like donuts, cinnamon, local Thai coconut pastries, egg station, noodles station, porridge station, Pad Thai station, Japanese spread, Chinese, Thai, Indian dishes, Fruits station, etc. At level 27, the games rooms were great with board games, table tennis, soccer table, arcades machines, pool table. The infinity pool is Olympic size like. The pool side restaurant also serves great drinks and pizzas where you can use the given tokens (we had 16 tokens for 2 rooms for 4 nights stay). The hotel is within 100m walking distance to the MRT train station, and the underground pass leads to One Bangkok Mall where you can shop and eat.

Amazing hotel. New, clean, centrally located and just wonderful. We stayed high up with amazing views. The Onsen Spa was unreal. A 50 meter infinity pool topped everything. Add in amazing food, superb staff and it all adds up to one of the best hotels we’ve been in. What really made the difference is what the staff did when we had to cut short our stay as my father took ill at home. They helped sort our return and showed extreme kindness by refunding 3 nights of a non refundable stay. They showed great compassion and we will return.

Most incredible rooms. Probably the best bed I have ever slept in. Gorgeous views, amazing service, and staff. The messages were amazing, the breakfast was the best, the rooftop Restarant so good too. Our favorite hotel!

Service was beyond amazing. Very helpful for all of our questions. The breakfast had us waking up early to truly enjoy the view as well as the AMAZING food! The location of the hotel was perfect from all of the hotspots as well as some local spots. Room was clean, 50th floor was great. (Get the wagyu btw)

We loved our five night stay at this immaculate suite with an expansive view of the city and the river. However, the breakfast turned out to be a big disappoinment, especially in comparison with the offer from some other 5 star hotels we stayed in Thailand, such as the Eastin Grand Payathai in Bangkok, or the Adam Hotel Krabi. Early birds would get stale fruits that were precut and refrigerated from the night before; the pad thai tasted almost like dessert, just to name a few. Having said that, the uninspiring breakfast is not our main reason for our great disappointment in this hotel. On a few occassions, we felt the staff's discrimating treatment of us due to our local like appearance (we travel simple). Both at dinner (our only time there) and breakfasts (once) our request for unoccupied window seats were turned down "because they have been reserved", but noone claimed them during our entire meal which took longer than 2 hours due to their extremely slow kitchen. We are avid travellers and we will surely return to Bangkok, however, we will not be returning to this hotel where not all paying customers are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

Everything was great. Lobby design is beautiful. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was tasty. The hot and cold jacuzzis next to the pool were great for relaxing in. There are a separate sauna, and a steam room. The gym is huge and very well equipped, with 1-2 classes per day. The games area included driving simulators, playstations, board games, pinball, darts, foosball, table tennis, air hockey. Big playroom for infants / toddlers. Location-wise, the hotel is opposite One Bangkok (Parades block). Lumphini MTR station is a 5-min walk away, and directly connects to One Bangkok.

I ordered room service, but the order was never placed. I only found out after calling back an hour later, and the staff didn’t proactively update me or tell me how long it would take. The service felt unprofessional. The hotel is affordable and clean, so it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. But if you’re looking for a luxurious stay or strong customer service, this isn’t the place.
