My request for quiet was fulfilled. We all loved the water at the entrance and breakfast! We did not like all the noise at the pool. Please fix squeaky bathroom doors. Did not like that there was no microwave in our room. We pay enough for these rooms, can you offer more comfortable softer, pillowtop beds!!

Breakfast was really the only disappointing part. Prepackaged waffles were a huge let-down, when the photos indicated you could make your own fresh waffles. Eggs and protein were mediocre at best. But the handicap room we received was well thought out and easy to navigate with my wheelchair or cane. I loved being right next to the pool room. It was quiet and comfortable all weekend. We also appreciated the helpful service from the front desk, and the ice water and coffee that was consistently available. The pool/hot tub being open til 11pm and checkout being at 12pm were incredible! I wish every hotel offered this. It made it much easier to enjoy things at our pace. While breakfast disappointed us, this was otherwise a fantastic stay, Very central to our event and easy to find, spacious and accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

I did like the room, but my TV was stuck on the french language. I tried to change the settings and reboot the tv but none of it worked. I called the front desk and they came up and could not get it fixed-they offered to move me to another room, but I was already unpacked and settled and didn't feel like moving at 8pm at night. I found this disappointing. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable rooms, great staff, breakfast and parking, close to shopping and the airport wish they had park and fly option, would have been a fabulous bonus only other complaint would be the sound proofing in the rooms...you can hear every little noise from every nearby room

The bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I woke up in the middle of the night with my body hurting. It was a very punishing night to try to get any sleep in such a bed. Other things were ok about the hotel, but really the main reason we are there is for a decent night of sleep, so the bed should be #1 priority.
